We had the most incredible experience at Padua Hills Theatre. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was very special. The staff was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was amazing, and they made us feel so special on our wedding day. I have done the rentals for all types of events at Casita Hollywood including weddings, Oscar Parties, proms, birthdays and corporate parties. It really seems to work for all types of gatherings. They have been easy to work with and the venue is always clean and ready to go when we arrive. I have worked with their team for a long time and they have been responsive and professional. The venue is really turn key as it has a catering kitchen, nice patio and outside areas to expand from from the main event space. I always look forward to working at Casita Hollywood.

We've lived and worked in Hollywood for a while and when we started looking for our venue, we knew we wanted to have our wedding in Hollywood. We had seen shows at The Fonda, but had no clue you could have an event there. We were over the moon when the thought of having our wedding there became a reality. The Fonda is historic to Hollywood and the inside is so unique and drop dead gorgeous-- it was a total no brainer. Working with their Director, Bailey Lyon, was so easy and seamless that it made our decision that much easier. There are so many cool spaces within and so many possibilities to make your event amazing... even our super traditional parents were all equally blown away with how gorgeous The Fonda is. We got changed and ready in the same dressing rooms as some of our favorite musicians and even got our families on stage for a pictures. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things about The Fonda. At the end of the day, we had the most amazing wedding / the best day & night of our lives with our names on a marquee on Hollywood Boulevard. If you're thinking of booking The Fonda for a special event, you're not going to be disappointed... and neither will your guests!

It wouldn’t be LA if our venue wasn’t in a strip mall! The space is in the historic Cahuenga pass, with our venue located less than 5 minutes from Universal Studios, City Walk and the Hollywood Bowl. Our Venue is a 3500 square foot space, complete with a 2500 square foot ballroom, commercial kitchen, bar, stage, and lighting/ sound systems that are equipped for live music. The venue has highly stylized areas, but the main ballroom is an open concept space that can be molded for anything from rehearsal dinners to cocktail hours and receptions.

Attended a cocktail hour for my friends wedding here and wow! The owners are so nice and welcoming. I wasn’t expecting to meet them, but they were personally at the party to make sure everything went smoothly with food and entertainment. Like other reviewers mentioned, the place looks very cool. The parking lot was a few doors down from the venue and it was easy to find, but there was also plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Location is great, could work for a Valley, Hollywood, or Downtown crowd. Definitely keeping this place in mind for the future!

The Garland Hotel in Studio City is truly a hidden gem that we were so thankful to have found for our wedding. Being family-owned and operated, you can feel the warmth and care from every staff member—they’re welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to be there. Unlike a corporate chain, this place is full of character and charm. From the start, they went above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. The in-house catering, done by the chef from their restaurant, The Front Yard, was simply amazing. We highly recommend adding the short rib to your menu—it was a huge hit with all of our guests! The highlight for us was the ceremony area in the garden. It’s a magical spot, and our guests felt like they had been transported out of Los Angeles for the day. It’s shaded and serene, providing an intimate atmosphere that made our wedding incredibly special. We got married on August 24th, 2024, and we were initially nervous about the weather and heat. We started the ceremony at 6 PM, and luckily, the ceremony area is nicely shaded by the trees, which kept everyone comfortable. We also provided program fans for guests, just in case. By 7 PM, as we moved to the outdoor area for cocktails, the sun was already moving away, making it quite pleasant. By 8 PM, we transitioned to the ballroom for the rest of the evening, and everything flowed seamlessly. The next day, we hosted a brunch at The Front Yard for our guests who stayed at the hotel. Their private room in the back is beautiful, with a perfect vibe for a relaxed and celebratory brunch. The food was amazing, as always, and the service was excellent. Working with both Jasmine on the planning & logistics side and Esmeralda from the sales team were wonderful. They were supportive every step of the way, and we genuinely felt like the hotel was our home for the weekend. The Garland is reasonably priced, especially compared to other hotels in Los Angeles, and delivers a much more personalized and memorable experience. We’re locals in LA, but we already plan to return for staycations. The Garland made our wedding weekend unforgettable, and we can’t wait to be back!

Working with Dana was a DREAM, she was so kind, so fun, so on top of it, I just want to be her friend IRL to be honest! The day of, everything flowed so well. Our guests positively loved the space and the vibe of SmogShoppe, we had 75 guests and everyone loved that the space felt so open. The Beverly Room exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous setting, SO MUCH natural light it and transformed effortlessly from ceremony to reception. The team there went above and beyond, even helping us find the linen color I wanted! (Our reception was totally 80s, I guess neon linens are hard to find??) The execution was on point, it truly was the magical, unforgettable experience we wanted for us and our guests. I was super apprehensive about committing to a location, but not at all once I found this place.

Carondelet House was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was great and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and making sure our needs were met. The food was absolutely amazing - our guests raved about the venue and food all night and days after. Everything went exactly as planned, and the space itself was so beautiful, giving us the old Hollywood feel we had always dreamed of. It was truly the best day, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. We highly recommend Carondelet House to any couple looking for an amazing and unique wedding experience.

If what you are seeking is a truly magical venue, look no further than the Velaslavasay Panorama. My wife and I did not want to have the typical hotel conference hall wedding. We wanted to show our family from outside of LA a place that was meaningful to us and at the same time still impress our friends from LA. The Panorama is genuinely extraordinary, with several different areas that can be arranged to suit your celebration. Our guest list was about 70 people and it was the perfect size. We opted to have our main ceremony in the historic theatre, our cocktail reception with our bartender in the lush garden, our musician play in the gazebo, and our dinner in the large area outside the moon gate. This made it easy for pick ups and drop offs with our catering and table / chair / bar rental. Sara and Ruby from the Panorama were absolutely lovely to deal with and helped considerably with logistics before, during, and after the event. Our photographer loved all of the different backdrops possible and everyone kept mentioning how wonderful the venue was. Check it out, I'm sure you will be absolutely stunned by the Panorama.

This venue was pure magic from start to finish. The Luxe Sunset is a beautiful oasis right off Sunset Blvd, with easy access from the 405. It's amazing how quickly you're transformed from the hustle and bustle of the city to serene luxury, as soon as you arrive in the tree-lined grounds of the hotel. More importantly, I want to rave about the staff, and Joshua Washington in particular, who's in charge of room blocks and Kelsey Hernandez in charge of venue spaces. Joshua was such a professional, respectful, and generous hospitality professional. All hospitality and service pros should take note. He was attentive and communicative, without being overly so. And he was just a joy to work with. In full candor, my fiancee and I were looking very seriously at The Luxe for our wedding room block, as well as venues for rehearsal dinner, welcome event and farewell brunch. The Sunset Terrace (breezeway) is a dream of an outdoor venue area. However, due to a number of factors unrelated to how extraordinary the Luxe and its staff are, we ended up going with a different venue. Still, my fiancee and I really love the Luxe, it was really hard to not be able to select it as our home base for our wedding weekend. We wish we could have worked with Joshua and his team for longer, and made use of the incredible settings that the hotel offers. For what it's worth, they're remodeling all the guest rooms. I didn't find any issue with the already-updated guest rooms, but it's good to know they'll be even newer and even more amazing. No disruption to their capacity in the meantime. And at the risk of them seeing this and increasing their prices, I want to say the prices for rooms, venues and Food&Bev were shockingly reasonable. My fiancee and I did deep dives into 5 different venues in west LA, and Luxe had the best prices. If you're looking for an intimate, upscale location that's not far away but still feels removed from reality, definitely reach out to Joshua and the team at Luxe. You will not be disappointed.

We had our surprise wedding proposal here in June 2021. We were able to have our party of friends stay on the premises and my fiancee (now wife) was pleasantly surprised. I was able to propose to her on the rooftop with the most beautiful sunset in the background with the hills as a stunning backdrop. Being able to have such an experience with our closest friends lodged on-site was one of the best memories ever for everyone that was there and everyone talks about how legendary this was. Our hosts were amazing, responsive providing all the information about how to get the best out of our stay and more. Super super recommend Sany on the Hill for an unforgettable romantic experience! I was anticipating a seamless event thanks to all the online reviews plus word of mouth from friends, and the Chloe's / Golden Road team truly delivered! We planned our wedding reception to be in the Biergarden & Chloe's, then when LA rain started to trickle down, the staff pivoted so that vendors and guests could enjoy the indoor spaces more. Sarah and Andrew are amazing event managers, and the on-site staff went above and beyond to make it a great reception. Guests were clamoring at the to-go boxes to bring food home at the end of the night (we ordered tons of apps, ribs, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, churros, you name it). We had around 90 people and even though we were mostly limited indoors, I feel like it was plenty of space as folks spread out between the main room, Snug, Barrel Room, and upstairs area. Thank you for making it a wonderful, no-frills and no-stress reception!

What a memorable night! Well executed, shocking, funny, creepy and easy to get engulfed. The actors did a spectatular job and the venue is everything I wanted from head to toe. They adjust according to your needs and work off based on different personalities from your guests. The lighting, the music, the mood. They accomodated my needs and kept in contact with me through the planning process. They handled ultimately everything and made my night very special. The photobooth was such a special touch and guests could send gifs/images to themselves. They provide parking for hosts but parking around can be challening but not impossible since there are metered parking all around! It can be a little challenging to find since the outside is black and discrete. It really goes with the theme perfectly. I highly recommend!
