TLDR: Book Canyon and Pine if you want someone reliable, capable, and CRAZY talented (especially if you are an introvert!!). Emma SAVED our wedding from being ruined by a coordinator. For context, I have been photographing portraits for 10 years and have photographed two weddings. There's a LOT that goes into both weddings and good photos so we (I, haha!) were really picky when choosing a wedding photographer. We were nervous about having photos taken but their friendly, cooperative, and personalized approach put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. I was going through some major health issues at the time of my bridal portraits and just didn't feel or fully look like myself. She truly helped me feel beautiful in front of the camera. On the day of our wedding, Canyon & Pine's thoughtful and personable demeanor helped us stay calm and focused on enjoying the moment. The quality of their work was absolute perfection - they captured every detail with incredible precision. Nothing was overlooked and they took great care to make sure every single feeling was highlighted throughout the day (and there were a lot!). Special and priceless moments were constantly caught on camera despite the craziness of the day. On our day, there was a significant issue with the coordinator that threatened to derail the whole wedding. Emma stepped in and saved the day, ensuring our wedding ran smoothly and playing the part of coordinator and photographer. She went above and beyond, considering every last detail and helping us have fun during incredibly stressful moments. As a fellow professional photographer, I got the opportunity to meet Leah and work with her as her 2nd photographer on a wedding. It took that one amazing experience and absolute blast of a time to know that whenever it was I got married she was THE photographer for me. Fast forward some years later it was finally my turn to tie the knot and my now husband and I chose our date based on when Leah was available, because there was no other option for me! I have gotten to work with dozens of photographers throughout my going on 10 year career, and I'm telling y'all, it doesn't get better than Leah. The photos - amazing! I love her eye for details, the crispness, the colors!
