The KY hot brown puffs were an enormous hit, as were the Korean fried chicken with kimchi & bacon wrapped pear with goat cheese. The salad was delightful - even our picky eaters loved it! We chose two proteins for dinner and the quality was top tier. Every plate for all 100 of our guests was cooked *perfectly*. Truly, we have never had such good wedding food! Natalie helped us build our menu and worked so hard to make sure we were happy with everything.
