What to say about Clockwork New England? They were AWESOME!!! We are so happy that we hired them for Joseph Richard & Courtney Barr's wedding on September 6, 2025 at Pine Hills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA. Roger and I were skeptical about a band performing for the wedding & reception since we hadn't been to too many weddings with bands-only DJ's. Courtney had heard pretty decent reviews and she had seen a few videos of this band performing at other weddings. Roger & I decided to gift the band for their wedding. We are so very happy with the decision. The dance floor was full the ENTIRE reception. I couldn't recommend a band more than this one. Professionalism, talent & performance was outstanding. I will recommend this band to anyone I know planning a wedding. Thank you, we couldn't have asked for a better experience overall working with you to create a truly magical evening for Joseph & Courtney!

We had Clockwork play at our wedding on 9/6, and they were absolutely incredible! From the first song to the last, they had everyone on the dance floor - our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. The band’s energy was contagious, their sound was fantastic, and their set list kept the night flowing perfectly. They were also wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding - professional, flexible, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Clockwork truly elevated our celebration and gave us the most unforgettable night. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had Clockwork East Coast at our 9/6/25 wedding at The Cliff House in Maine. After seeing them perform at a friends wedding 2 years prior, we knew we had to have them at ours. Greg absolutely brought the energy right from the beginning - as soon as the dance floor opened it was never not packed with guests. Greg and Kendra were true entertainers with out of this world vocals. Throughout the wedding planning process, the clockwork team was so easy to work with, giving us the confidence to trust in their recommendations on how to ensure it was a true party. We had the absolute pleasure of having Clockwork perform at our son’s wedding at the Woodstock Inn in Woodstock, VT on Saturday, August 30, 2025. They were incredible! The two lead singers, Dannell and Edith, brought so much energy and kept the dance floor packed all night. Dannell, in his very cool red suit, wowed the crowd by not only joining us on the dance floor but also playing an electric fiddle that was absolutely fantastic to watch. Edith’s voice was powerful and full of soul, and together they created such a fun, electric atmosphere. Clockwork truly made the night unforgettable—it was the perfect soundtrack to an amazing wedding! Highly recommend them for anyone who wants their party to keep hopping!

We will learn it! Or we can play the actual recording for you to dance to. Dancing to the recording is quite common, and for a lot of couples it removes those "first dance jitters" because they know exactly how it’s going to sound (and quite often they’ve been practicing dancing to the recording). Honestly, you won't offend us in the least if you ask us to "DJ" your first dance!

Most wedding receptions are 5 hours long: 1 hour for cocktails, and 4 hours for the reception (dinner and dancing), and there’s a reason for that. A four-hour reception seems to be the right amount of time to create a very fun atmosphere, to get everyone dancing, and have the energy peak before people get too tired. Keep in mind that after dinner, there is continuous high-energy music until the end of the reception.

During a 4-hour reception, we take two breaks. The first is during dinner when the main course is being served. After dinner we play two dance sets, and bridge the gap between these two sets with the high-energy DJ set (about 15 minutes in length).

Yes. In fact, you can put together your own custom playlist specifying exactly which songs are to be played during each break. Just give us a list, and we'll put it together! Or you can rely on us to put together a great mix to "DJ" the breaks.

No. We perform only one event each day, thereby giving each event our undivided attention. Furthermore, you will never be charged a penalty or extra stipend if your reception happens to be during “crossover” times (from late afternoon into early evening).

Getting your guests to the dance floor and keeping them there is our number one goal; isn’t that why you hire a band in the first place? Having performed at so many weddings in the past, we have a good sense as to which songs to pick to get people on the dance floor. Once the dancing has started, we string songs together into medleys (so there’s not that awkward “dead air” in between songs), gradually building the energy from one song to the next.

We went ahead and had the Jazz Trio to kick off cocktail hour, and it was the perfect addition to the start of the party. That’s exactly what we went for: a big party for our wedding day and it would not be made possible without this band. Have you booked them yet?! 100% worth every second and penny.
