Hello, we’re Melissa and Joey and we are MJ Photography & DJ! We are a Husband & Wife business stationed in Durham, Connecticut providing Photography, DJ, Photo Booths and lighting all over New England. After meeting each other in 2014 in the wedding & event industry, we opened MJ Photography & DJ in 2015. Together, we built our business to provide you and your guests with a professional, personal, one-on-one experience with our passions and expertise in Wedding & Event Photography and DJ.

We're a husband and wife company! Other than some helpful assistants to make your day magical WE are the team that you'll be working with on your big day. You won't be talking to a sales person and then meeting us for the first time on your wedding day. We're going to be by your side through the whole planning process!

    MJ Photography & DJ were an amazing addition to our wedding day. Their communication throughout the planning process was efficient, clear, professional, and friendly. On the day of, they were incredibly talented and thorough, keeping the dance floor packed and the energy high all night long. I received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the DJ was at reading the room and playing music that kept everyone dancing. MJ Photography & DJ truly went above and beyond to contribute to making our special day perfect.
