Bill and the team were amazing!!! They made everything go so smoothly, despite the power outages and wind for our wedding day! He went above and beyond to make sure the music and experience was everything we wanted. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a dj!!

Bill at Rhythm Express Disc Jockey Service exceeded all of our expectations both during the planning process and the day of the wedding. Bill communicated with us every step of the way, organizing Zoom calls and hearing our ideas while offering great ones of his own. We really felt that he understood our vision! He helped us make minor changes even during wedding week that put our minds at ease. On the day of the wedding, Bill was an absolute rockstar! We got compliments all night (and the entire week after the wedding) about how awesome he was. He kept us on track the whole night and played all of our must-play songs! The dance floor was packed all night. I cannot say enough great things about Rhythm Express and HIGHLY recommend them for any wedding or event!

Our DJ's are formally attired in a Tuxedo unless otherwise instructed. Should you prefer them to wear something different, please let us know.

That would depend upon your preference. Our DJ's can take requests if you'd like and even place limits on guest's requests (e.g. Requests within reason). Your preference will be discussed during your pre-wedding planning sessions.

Yes, Rhythm Express carries all necessary liability coverage. Should your venue require a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for the day, just let us know and we can forward along any necessary documents as required.

The Rhythm Express team will arrive on average 2 hours before the event start time in order to set up, test, get prepared, and change attire. This will allow us to be ready should your guests arrive early. There is no-charge for this time as want to be prepared and ready to go should guests arrive early!

Yes - Rhythm Express can provide Dance Floor Lighting, Uplighting, and additional setups for things like ceremonies/cocktail hours which may be located in different areas of the venue. While we do not offer photobooths we do have several affordable, high-quality partners who we can refer you to!

The Rhythm Express does not charge for setup and breakdown time. Anything event within Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts or Cape Cod will have no additional travel charge added. The Rhythm Express team services all of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Should your event be outside that area, please let us know and we can work out something to fit your budget/needs

The Rhythm Express team does not have a set "style". We work with you to make sure that our team provides exactly what you're looking for. Please remember that the day is about the two of you - our job is to make it exactly as you want... whether that be high energy, low key, or a mix of the two!

Our personalities & years of experience along with being able to read a crowd better than any other wedding professional sets us apart from the rest! Knowing the right song to play at the right time - Being professional, keeping in touch with your guests, & putting you - the client & your needs first! We like to sit down with you & custom tailor things to your tastes & your vision for the day.

Yes! Often our customers require an additional DJ setup for their ceremony and/or cocktail hour which occurs in a different location than the reception. Please let us know and we can discuss your needs and how the Rhythm Express team can help!
