Q: Do you have a minimum for weddings?

Yes, our event minimum is $400 for all weddings.

Q: What is your service area?

We serve from Waco and within a 100mile radius.

Q: How far out do you recommend booking your services?

This truly depends on the season/ months if you are an October/ November/ March/ April bride you need to preplan a year in advance. Espcially with October being the number one wedding month.

Q: Do you offer help with rentals?

I do have a margarita machine and portable bar available for rental. I don't however offer glassware at this time for rental.

Q: How many times do we meet before the wedding?

I do a over the phone consult at the beginning to go over any questions you might have, and ask questions about things that you may not have thought about yet. After that I'm available to you as questions come up, at a minimum I reach out two weeks prior to confirm timelines etc.

Our bartenders are TABC certified, and experienced. If you’re looking for a passionate staff of service professionals who are excited to make your day the best it can be, consider this a match made in heaven!

We specialize in wedding receptions! Most couples that are planning a wedding may enjoy a cocktail or a beer, but planning a bar for a wedding is a new experience. I help you plan the who/ the what/ and the how much should we buy to make the process as streamline as possible. In addition to we are licensed TABC and we are double insured with 1 million in General Liability and with Liquor Liability.

Ashley from Ellie EtOH was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. She did great work both at the rehearsal dinner and at the reception, going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time at the wedding. Ashley also helped us with our grocery list when the time came, and gave us practical advice that paid off on the day of. She was so easy to talk to and we're grateful for all of her hard work in contributing to our special day.

Ellie EtOH provided excellent bar services and beverages for our wedding day. From the start, their team was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions to ensure we had the perfect bar setup. On the day of, they went above and beyond to help make our special day even more memorable. Their attentive staff kept the drinks flowing smoothly, and the selection of wine, and beer was perfect for our guests.
