Meet Mo, the innovative mixologist behind a unique fusion of flavors. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 with a humble passion for Zobo, a traditional Nigerian drink. Mo started producing and selling Zobo, which quickly gained popularity. In 2022, Mo took her business to the next level by branding her product and exploring ways to merge Zobo with liquor. Driven by a desire to innovate and excel, Mo pursued formal training in mixology. She attended the prestigious Texas School of Bartending, supplemented her knowledge with online courses, and recently completed the esteemed Flair Bartending course from EBS New York.

Mo at Sygnature Bar is 100% on communication, she listened to all we wanted and delivered. Her team were the best. They handled both the cocktail hour and reception. Everyone could not stop talking about the drinks at our wedding. My husband loved that we had a tasting and customized menu included in the package. Mo speaks passionately when expressing her opinion and views and we enjoyed every single moment of the planning. She made sure to craft the cocktails per our liquor preferences, we used her service for our baby shower and she's already booked for our daughter's first birthday. Her business is part of our family events.
