Hi, my name is Alicia Munoz and I am the owner of Dulce Baking Company. New to the Tetons, I am Arizona native with a passion for pastry. I have been in the profession for about 8 years and my experience extends from cake decorating and baking in mom and pop shops, to holding the position of Pastry Sous Chef at Bronze Buffalo Ranch in Victor, ID. Currently, I reside in Driggs, ID with my fiancé and our baby girl.

I believe everyone deserves to enjoy the simple pleasure of delicious baked goods. Which is why I started this business with the intent of specializing in allergen friendly pastry. Both my partner and I are celiac (allergic to gluten), and I also have an allergy to dairy. So catering to this niche is important to me. I would like to mention that even though my specialty is in allergen friendly goods, I do provide goodies to those who follow a typical diet. Regardless of your needs, my pastries are always ready to impress in all categories (especially in taste!).

Cake tasting includes a consultation to discuss design, decoration, budget, and other logistics of your big day. Most importantly, you get to enjoy some delicious samples of cake! This service is geared towards the wedding couple; however, we can accommodate additional guests and/or flavor combinations for a fee.

Our bakery specializes in allergen friendly baked goods. We cater to everything from gluten free to vegan and any combination in between. Recently we served a wedding couple who were in search of desserts free of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, and nuts! We do not compromise taste and quality to accommodate these dietary needs. We aspire to create goods that are allergen friendly AND delicious. Our biggest flex is that most people who adhere to a typical diet will taste our allergen friendly options and say "If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't believe this was vegan/gluten free/ etc!"

No, because there isn't a one price fits all option to the areas we service. Delivery fees are variable based on several factors, including (but not limited to) driving distance, set up, time consumption, and the amount of goods being delivered.

Absolutely! We love doing custom designs. Our cake artist can take inspiration from photos you provide from sources like Pinterest, or, during the consultation process, a new design can be drawn up based on a detailed conversation. Always remember that if you are particular about design and colors, you MUST provide reference photos, swatches, ect. This allows the cake artist to fully understand your vision of a dream wedding cake. At the end of the day, the more detail you offer, the better we can try to achieve the most beautiful outcome!

Unless you have a particular aesthetic to achieve, sizing is based on the number of servings needed. We have serving charts to make this easier during the consult. The options are endless, but, at the end of the day, we will discuss and chose the best option for your needs, desires, and budget!

No, tastings are a separate service we offer. They start at $100 and include a 60 minute consultation, 4 cake flavor combinations, and the service accommodates 2 guests (usually the wedding couple). Additional guests and flavors can be added for an extra charge. You can book a tasting through our website.

Yes! We offer cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and other dessert table options. You name it, we can most likely do it!
