Whether it’s a gluten-free sailboat or an elegant wedding cake, I will work to make sure you remember it forever. We’ll plan your cake by e-mail, phone, or in person. You’ll notice the difference immediately: from scratch recipes using local/organic milk and eggs, Swiss meringue buttercream, delicious fondant, and a large variety of gourmet flavors. I began making oil-paintings of cakes and sweets when I was in high school, inspired by the art of Wayne Theibaud. It wasn't until much later... after an English degree, and finally culinary school, that I realized my true passion had it the other way around: creating works of art on cake.
