Each item is baked fresh just for you, then carefully decorated and delivered by Ashton herself, ensuring your order is crafted with love from start to finish. Sweet Pea's promises a cake that is as delicious as it is beautiful!

Ashton is a former television reporter and 8th grade English teacher. She left the 9 to 5 life to pursue the joy of creating treats that make occasions more special! While she was working as a reporter, she entered the Georgia National Fair's baking competition and won first place for chocolate chip cookies and second place for apple pie.

    If you haven't yet had the pleasure of experiencing Sweet Pea's Bake Shop, you are truly missing out on a gem! Ashton is, without a doubt, the best baker this side of the Mississippi. Every treat that comes out of this delightful little shop is a testament to her incredible talent and passion for baking. I have been fortunate enough to sample a wide variety of Sweet Pea's offerings, and let me tell you, each one has been a delicious adventure! From the delicate and colorful macarons to the rich, mouthwatering pies, and from the beautifully crafted cakes to the irresistible cookies and cake pops, I have yet to be disappointed. Each bite is simply heavenly! As a testament to Ashton’s baking prowess, I made the decision to purchase my own pistachio cream-filled cake for my birthday this year. I had received a cake from another local baker that was unfortunately dry and disappointing—so much so that half of it ended up in the trash! But Sweet Pea’s cake? Pure perfection! The pistachio filling was divine, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy. Sweet Pea’s Bake Shop is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth, and I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to pay a visit.
