1928 Cuban Bistro offers a unique Cuban experience that sets us apart from other caterers. Cuban Flavors – Enjoy lechón, ropa vieja, garlic sea bass, empanadas, and more, all hecho con amor. 2. Unique Espresso & Desserts – Our Cafécito Cart serves fresh Cuban espresso, cortaditos, and café con leche. Sweeten your day with flan, tres leches, or arroz con leche. 3. Buffet-Style Catering – We offer a buffet dinner with passed or stationary appetizers. 4. Full-Service Catering – We handle servers, bussing, setup, breakdown, etc. 5. Warm Latin Hospitality – We bring Cuban warmth and exceptional service to your wedding!

    We had the pleasure of having 1928 Cuban Bistro cater our wedding, and they absolutely blew us (and our guests) away! We went with the ropa vieja and yellow rice, along with a spread of Cuban appetizers — and every single bite was incredible. The ropa vieja was tender, flavorful, and felt like something straight from abuela’s kitchen. Paired with the yellow rice, it was pure comfort food perfection. Their team was professional, warm, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. They truly cared about making our day special, and it showed in every detail. We also had their cafécito cart, which was a huge hit and brought so much personality to the evening. If you're looking for catering that’s full of flavor and hospitality — 1928 is it. We’re still dreaming about that meal!
