Ben was raised in New England’s snowy mountains with a deep appreciation of Alpine cuisine. After visiting his grandmother’s birthplace in Switzerland, he sought to capture the essence of visiting the Alps through a decadent food experience. We import full wheels of artisanal cheese directly from the French and Swiss Alps, where the traditional methods of production have been perfected over centuries. We use traditional Swiss melters, just like those found in the mountain chalets of the Alps, to create the perfect melt every time.
