Hello! Blushing Moon Events is a professional dry hire mobile bartending service located in Central Texas. Basically, you bring the alcohol and let us take care of everything else! We offer a variety of beverage services, including non-alcoholic options, that can be customized to elevate any event. We have a beautiful, modern mobile bar as well as 2 satellite bar options that are guaranteed to create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Any questions? You bring the alcohol and we take care of everything else! This includes our fully trained bar staff, ice, disposable glassware, plus all bar equipment necessary to serve delicious drinks from one of our bars. We will require your alcohol to be chilled before we arrive, then we'll make sure your drinks are kept cool ensuring they’re icy cold for your guests.
Nope, but no worries, it actually works out in your favor and saves you a ton of money! Due to Texas law we cannot carry a liquor license or provide and bill our clients for alcohol. We will help calculate the amount of alcohol based on hours of service and how many guests you expect.
Absolutely! We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services. All bartenders are TABC certified. We do not carry a liquor license since we do not sell alcohol.
We are a dry hire mobile bar centrally located between Austin & Houston, but we love to travel! Travel within 50 miles of Giddings, TX round trip is included in our packages. After that we charge $2/mile for each additional mile.
