Cooking has always been in my blood. My parents came to the U.S. from Sicily when I was a child. My dad owned restaurants/pizza shops for years, and my mom is an amazing home cook. I grew up surrounded by great food, learning and falling in love with it. I knew I wanted to work in food but wanted more than pizza shops. I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh, completing a 1-yr intensive French culinary program. I worked at a 5-star resort (Nemacolin), Hershey Hotel, Bricco (Upscale Mediterranean), The Left Bank, and Country Club of York. I have 15 years of experience in both banquet and à la carté service. Still, I felt called to something

more. Carabella’s Catering began as a college project, and the name—meaning “Dear Beautiful”—stuck with me. With no mentor, just faith and a push from my husband, I built the business. I started with meal prep, holiday meals, church dinners and went full-time in Oct. 2024. Now I offer catering, private in-home Chef services, and pop-up events that bring restaurant-quality meals to intimate settings. I bring Authentic Italian food to the table but I'm also well rounded in other cuisines by experience. Cooking isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am. Nothing brings me more joy than serving others with excellence, beauty, and love through it
