Industry Standard Events (ISE) is a premier event planning and catering service founded in 2000 by Executive Chef Jason Tell and recently partnered with Derek Nickerson, Tech Entrepreneur. With a deep-rooted friendship spanning over 12 years and a combined 30 years of experience in the industry, Derek and Jason are dedicated to creating unforgettable, bespoke events. Sometimes our clients like to surprise us going out of the box of the standard. This couple knows how to wow their guests. We prepared a completely custom menu fit for a king, literally in their castle in Whitehouse Station. Who needs a venue when your home looks like this! We were honored to cook in a fantastic kitchen serving their family and loved ones from the privacy of their home. Although it rained the party from being hosted outside, our team quickly pivoted and helped setup dining in their grand parlor.

Yes, a good faith deposit of $500 is required prior to scheduling a tasting. Once the agreement has been signed, this deposit can be applied to the 25% deposit required due at signing.

We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.

We are full service. We will walk-through available rentals from our partners and work with you to find options within your budget.

Yes, our event minimum is $10,000 and 50 people for all weddings.

For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6-12 months in advance.
