    When we started planning our wedding, we had a BBQ caterer in mind, but the venue we chose had a list of vendors we had to choose from. We saw Sweet Baby Rays/True Cuisine on the list so we went to the restaurant, tried the food, and decided to give them a shot. I'm so glad we did, as they exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, everyone we worked with was very helpful, accommodating, and got back to us quickly with answers to any questions we asked. We chose to go without a wedding planner and figure out everything ourselves, and the True Cuisine team was very helpful on the day of, setting up our centerpieces and favors and giving us guidance where we needed it. The food was outstanding! We got so many compliments from our guests! All of the staff did an excellent job and everyone we talked to was very friendly. The services they provided were set up/tear down/clean up of the reception, provided all food, dessert table, late night snack, and full bar. I'm so glad we went with SBR/True Cuisine and I couldn't recommend them more for your special day!

    True Cuisine catered our wedding this past 4th of July and they were amazing!! From the moment I reached out, they were easy to connect with and helpful with any questions we had! Their food is DELICIOUS!! We are obsessed, and we got sooooo many compliments on the food during and after the wedding! My only disappointment is that we didn't have any burnt ends left over because EVERYONE loved them. They were so flexible with us when we couldn't decide on our food and had creative ways to make sure we had everything we wanted. They had so much experience at our venue and with all of our other vendors that the day went off without a hitch - literally there were no issues at all and everything happened so smoothly. Even with our day of coordinator - who was just a family friend helping out - they were fantastic with her and helping her with set up and connecting with her on questions! I can not recommend them enough!

    We used True Cuisine for our February 2025 wedding. We originally met with them since they were one of our venues preferred caterers, but they were so incredible we would have chosen them anyways! We had excellent communication throughout the whole process from everyone we worked with, and they helped us customize our package to be exactly what we needed. The staff with us day-of were detailed oriented and made the reception run so smoothly. Of course, the food was also delicious! We had many guests tell us how good it was, and that they went up for seconds.
