Grace came on board about 12 weeks before our wedding to handle day-of coordination and she quickly came up to speed with all the progress we had made up until that point. From the very start she was warm, positive, and incredibly easy to work with, the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease. She is resourceful and full of creative ideas, helping us shape the exact experience we wanted for our guests while making sure every detail was covered. Grace is also exceptionally punctual, organized, and detail oriented, which meant we could completely hand over the logistics and trust that everything would run smoothly. On the wedding day she kept everything flowing seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present, enjoy the moment, and soak in every memory without stress. Hiring Bristol as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made during our entire planning process. From the very beginning, she was kind, organized, and brought the most calming energy - exactly what every couple needs during such a busy time. Leading up to the big day, Bristol was incredibly helpful and proactive. As someone who is very Type A, I was immediately drawn to the detailed planning documents and tools she provided. They made every step of the process feel manageable and seamless, which allowed me to actually enjoy the planning rather than feel overwhelmed by it. So many people told us before the wedding, “Something will go wrong, just go with it.” But thanks to Bristol, I can honestly say I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong. Everything went flawlessly, and the day was absolutely perfect in every way. We know that wouldn’t have been possible without her behind the scenes making it all happen. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to hire a wedding coordinator. I went back and forth for a while and a friend of mine pointed out that on my wedding day, I’d want to be able to focus on being in the moment and enjoying the experience, not on coordinating with vendors, solving last-minute problems, or dealing with emergencies. Hiring Bristol made my day a BREEZE! Bristol was great from the beginning - she’s got a calm, cool, and collected demeanor, which put me at ease right away. She’s incredibly organized and communicative and was willing to help me with questions I had before she officially came on board for wedding-day coordinating, which starts 3 months before the event date. Her expertise in this industry is invaluable. There were lots of places in the planning process where we had questions or got stuck and Bristol always had great suggestions for how we should proceed. She made sure she understood our vision and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure the day was flawless. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

My daughter spoke to several wedding planners to help coordinate the day-of activities. She hired Bristol at Sustainable Soirees who was highly organized and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. On several occasions when we weren’t sure how to handle something we reached out to Bristol and always received very helpful advice from her many years of experience. She handled a great variety of details on the day-of starting with the bridal party getting ready to the very end of the evening which allowed us to enjoy the wedding celebration without having to worry about or handle any details. I wouldn’t plan another wedding without her!

Yes, we love being a part of your other events so we can help ensure a cohesive experience for your guests.

We've planned over 100 weddings from various cultures, religions, styles, and sizes. We work with couples from all gender identities, races, religions, and backgrounds. Many of our couples care deeply about sustainability. We design weddings that are sophisticated, elegant, and timelessly chic. Our weddings are known for being detailed, well-orchestrated, and thoughtful.

Our package prices start at $2,500; however, most couples choose our more comprehensive packages. Please schedule a consultation with Bristol to receive a detailed proposal for your event.

We work with clients who can budget $500 per guest or more. While we wish we could work with every couple to help them plan a sustainable wedding, anything less than $500 per guest wouldn't set you up for success based on the prices and minimums required by the venues and vendors in our network. We do offer consulting services for couples that don't need a coordinator or don't have the budget for it, that way you are still receiving expert planning guidance without the full package price. Be sure to reach out for further details!

You can book our team for coordination services 2.5 months out from the wedding day, at the very latest. Our team needs time to comb through your details, conduct a final walkthrough, and put together a master plan to manage your wedding day flawlessly.

As master certified wedding planners, we prioritize stress-free experiences for our clients by collaborating with experienced and reputable vendors. Our Approved Vendor Policy ensures that you hire professionals who come highly rated and specialize in weddings, as hiring anyone who lacks expertise may jeopardize your special day. When one vendor falls short, it reflects on all, and we are committed to maintaining high standards which means we must align ourselves with top-notch professionals. In doing so, we can guarantee an exceptional wedding experience that meets our high expectations and ensures the success of your wedding day!

We can work with any couple whether sustainability is a priority or not. A sustainable wedding doesn't have a specific look or require you to ditch your Pinterest dreams! Sustainability is all about the behind-the-scenes practices of your vendors. If you want 1 million flowers, then lets make sure those flowers are coming locally or at least not being designed with foam and being composted after the event! When vendors operate responsibly, you can have the wedding of your dreams guilt-free.
