Our wedding floral consultations are a thorough and inspiring hour of your time, where we gladly host you in our floral studio, or connect via Zoom. We'll review your vision for your wedding day, from the flowers you can't live without, down to the ribbon used to tie your bouquet. We'll discuss quantities of floral elements, the vessels used for your centerpieces, and details of your wedding day timeline. Please come prepared with any and all information you may have regarding your timeline, other secured vendors, venue, floor plan, etc.

Following our consultation, our expert design & coordination team will prepare a detailed, customized proposal, with inspirational imagery and design notes for each requested floral element. An itemized quote will be provided for you to review. Our proposals are the beginning of the floral conversation, and are meant to be edited and perfected to align with what you've envisioned for your day.

Following our consultation and the delivery of the proposal, let us know you'd like to move forward with us as your florist. We'll then deliver a standard contract, and will require a 25% deposit to officially book us as your wedding florist.

Of course! In our secondary consultation, typically 4 months out from the wedding day, we'll create a mockup of your centerpiece, so we can further dive into the exact flowers we'll use, the color palette, the vessel, the design style, and more details.
