We offer personal service wedding flowers. All locally grown flowers, giving your wedding a unique sense of place, style you will get nowhere else. We specialize in small weddings. We describe ourselves as seasonal, locally grown, vintage, rustic, farm fresh, abundant, natural, organic. Rustic, natural, wildflower weddings can be yours for a fraction of the cost. DIY brides can also buy flowers direct in bulk (bucketfuls)! Our designs are always uniquely styled just for you.
We grow hundreds of varieties of shrubs, annuals, bulbs and perennials so we can provide you with exactly what you want. We provide hand-crafted floral designs, delivered and set-up. We make table garland with our greenhouse grown eucalyptus. In addition to the seasonal varieties straight from our farm in Ashe County, NC, we grow the following 'well known' wedding flowers: hydrangea, peony, poppy, lisianthus, lilac, larkspur, dianthus, dahlias, iris, anemone, ranunculus and tulips.

HIGHLY Recommend and Budget Friendly
We had a wonderful experience working with Shady Grove for our wedding. Susan (owner) was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about flowers and floral design. The arrangements she created for our ceremony and reception were simply beautiful - the colors were perfect and the execution of our vision was spot-on. Considering the high quality of her floral artistry, her prices cannot be beat. On the logistics side, everything went smoothly - the flowers were neatly and securely packaged for transport, with easy set up for our coordinator. Overall, Shady Grove was a joy to work with and we wholeheartedly recommend Susan and Shady Grove to any couple looking for a florist who can turn their floral dreams into reality while staying organized, communicative, and cost-effective along the way.
