    I’d give my experience 3 stars. They were able to accommodate my last‑minute booking, and my bridal hair and makeup turned out beautifully—Jules was especially kind and offered helpful, non‑pushy advice. Overall communication with my wedding party was okay, though the team wasn’t as warm or open to personal preferences as I had hoped. My sister touched up her own makeup, and my mom wasn’t thrilled with her hairstyle. The trial at the artist’s home also felt a bit uncomfortable for me. They did a lovely job for me as the bride, but the experience for my party was more mixed.
