I am the Founder & Head Planner at Grace Lee Events! My husband and I live in Phoenix, Arizona with our cocker spaniel pup Cooper! Since 2021, I've been planning and coordinating weddings. After my own Backyard Wedding in 2024, I became obsessed with the concept. Transforming a simple backyard into a bride's dream is my passion.

My specialty as a Backyard Wedding Planner brings unmatched experience and guidance the planning and coordinating process. Backyard weddings can be challenging because they are often held in a backyard that has never held a wedding before. Figuring out the logistics of how it can be transformed into a space that is both beautiful and functional is where I thrive. I am not here to recommend crazy themes and place settings, my goal is to come along side you and relieve stress. By providing guides, organization, and years of experience, you will be able to focus on the fun things and most of all enjoy your engagement!

Grace Lee Events is the best!!! She is efficient, organized, and prepared for anything that may happen on your special day. She made sure I was taken care of and felt no stress whatsoever! I gave her a list of pictures I wanted taken because we only had a short amount of time to get them done and she handled it all, made sure it was done how I wanted it done and answered any and all questions my friends and family had throughout the day. She also handled all of my florals on my tables and made sure they were set out how I wanted. Anything you need, Grace can do. Grace is the person to hire for your wedding & I could not recommend her enough!!

Grace is a phenomenal wedding planner and coordinator. She planned my wedding in February 2024 and it was INCREDIBLY organized and thorough. The whole day went without a hitch, which I as the groom definitely did not expect after hearing so many horror stories. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just in need of support for your event/wedding, Grace will be your best friend!

My specialty is Backyard/Outdoor Weddings. I have planned/coordinated over 25 outdoor weddings. I love turning a backyard, field, etc. into a beautiful space that leave guests asking if they can have their own wedding there. (This happens almost everytime which I love)

This depends on the package chosen. For our coordination package, we have 2 preparation consultations prior to the rehearsal and wedding. In our planning support package, we do around 8-12 planning sessions prior to rehearsal and wedding. In our complete planning package, as I am doing the planning for you and consulting you preferences and important details, the process is much more fluid with a monthly meeting and regular check-ins as needed. I am always available for support at any level, but the package determines my involvement with day-to-day planning.

As the head planner of Grace Lee Events, I am the planner for each event. For larger or more complex events, I bring a team for the day of wedding.

While I specialize in weddings, I have always planned large events from Galas to showers. Please reach out to me for more information! I always enjoy spicing things up!

I am based in Phoenix, Arizona, but I love to travel. For this reason, I am always open to traveling for an event. I do not charge a fixed fee and instead charge the cost of travel to make this as affordable as possible. Please reach out for more information.
