I’m Ashley, the owner of Rose Event Co. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals and feel lucky to get to work with such wonderful people each day! I’ve been planning weddings and events for over eight years now, and I couldn’t be more thankful with where I am now in my business. I primarily serve the OR | WA | CA markets, but will travel anywhere!

I care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. I take care of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that my clients can focus on the important stuff. I make the effort to understand your exact needs, so the event you imagine is the event you’ll get.

Rose Event Company was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Ashley’s calm, reassuring, and realistic communication style put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was available for a call/text/facetime call any time I had questions - which was super nice. Everything turned out absolutely perfect. They helped make our special day stress-free and it came together exactly how we had imagined it. Our guests were even commenting on how seamless the entire day was. We couldn't be happier with the services Rose Event Company provided and highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding - working with them was worth every penny, I would 1000% do it all again!

Rose Event Company was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ashley's communication style was calm, professional and punctual. As the photographer, I really appreciated the way she kept communication open between her and her vendors for months beforehand; she was always just an email away. Ashley has great taste, an impeccable sense of style (which shows in her work), and went above and beyond to ensure the couple's day was perfect. Ashley and her assistant maintained a calm demeanor that helped everyone stay relaxed throughout the day. She even brought a Super 8 camera to capture little moments for the couple - something I found SO sweet as a photographer who understands the value of documenting this day for the couple and their loved ones. I highly recommend Rose Event Company to any couple planning their wedding. She not only made the couple's life easier, but the vendor's too!

We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas.\nI extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. \nThroughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. \nThe weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well.\nWe rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not \"remembering\" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress.\nAshley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands.\nThe day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. \nIf it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day.
