My name is Samantha Grande. I have always had a passion for helping couples making their wedding dreams/visions come true on their big day. I have an eye for detail and I am a very hard worker. I understand all the wedding stress and I am here for you.

What sets me apart from the rest is that I get excited about other couples wedding and it’s a rush to get everything going. Me being their for my couples is my top priority and I want you to have the best day ever without being worried.

I offer comprehensive services to ensure a seamless wedding day experience. This includes unlimited meetings with vendors, the facilitation of vendor contract signing, and additional support as needed.

I handle the light planning and day of coordination. I assist during contact signing with vendors and much more.

Day of Coordination: I provide comprehensive support to the bride and groom, managing all aspects of their wedding day, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless guest accommodations and logistics.

    From one bride to another, DO NOT BOOK HER. We booked Samantha, she took care of our contacting the vendors, but I sometimes had to go over her and do it myself. She had booked one of our tastings with the wrong vendor. She DID NOT show up for our wedding. She has not paid us back for causing us the last minute stress. Literally 10:30pm at night the night before the wedding and couldn’t hire someone else to cover for her because even they didn’t want to work for her. She spent our money and will not respond back to us. Lots of things went wrong with her. We wanted a refund because how can you cancel last minute and not provide anything as compensation?

    Absolutely avoid Grande Events at all costs. Our experience with them was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the very beginning, the owner scammed us, taking our money without providing any actual services. She failed to show up for both our rehearsal and our wedding day, ghosting us entirely. We were left scrambling to find last-minute replacements for all the things she was supposed to handle. It was an absolute nightmare, and we feel completely taken advantage of. Do not trust this company - they are true scammers who will ruin your special day.

    We hired Samantha as our "day of coordinator" as it was required by my venue. She went above and beyond the "day of" aspect and was with me from 8 months out. She would text and call to check in and ask if I needed assistance with anything. If I started to stress on something, she would handle it. As a mom, and full time student, who was buying a house, and planning a wedding, she brought ease to the wedding planning process. She had her own baby during this time as well! My reception space turned out beautiful thanks to her, her assistant and my mother-in-law's (and some family) diligent help/work. She sent me pictures of the venue space as I hid out waiting for my ceremony. She is very kind, and I think she did a great job!

    Sam was Amazing! She was very kind patient and knowledgeable. I hired her as day of event coordinator and event designer for my wedding in May. She did such an amazing job preparing the venue and ceremony. She was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all forms of communications leading up the wedding. Sam was also a great help with finding vendors staying in contact with them and making sure they were all on the same page the day of the wedding. Thank you Sam for going above and beyond to making our wedding day magical
