Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. We were blown away by her hustle and work ethic, and even more-so, how she maintained a super positive attitude throughout it all. She was a delight to work with and helped us throw the wedding of our dreams. The same goes for her assistant! Amazing! There's so much more I can say, but just know, she is a true pro through and through and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her.

Carolyn was AMAZING to work with. She was so professional while adding so many personal touches (including gifting me disney socks the morning of our disney-love themed wedding) and helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to guide us through our planning details and also handled any last minute changes and mishaps day of. Our wedding ran so smoothly because of her! We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better person to work with.

Carolyn and the team at Fete Events were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. She is on top of everything and works so hard to ensure that it is exactly how you dreamed it. Once I stepped into our reception venue especially, I was in complete awe since it was exactly how I wanted it to be (straight up from my pinterest board). From the moment I booked her for day-of coordination, Carolyn had been there every step of the way - I did not have to worry the whole day because she has your back. The team at Fete Events truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I a couple hiccups including my bridal shop dropping the ball with having my dress ready when it should have been and my flower delivery getting cancelled uncomfortably close to the wedding (those are reviews for another day), and Carolyn made me feel assured that we'd get it all worked out and everything worked out perfectly! \n\nShe asked all the right questions and ones I hadn't thought to answer, and was ready with suggestions. She set up the google questionair to get the best dates for everyone, found us Airbnb and hotel options, and made a spreadsheet with prices, amenities, and nearby attractions so we could make informed choices without spending hours doing the gruntwork. Then she also helped me plan lodging and bridal party activities for the days around the wedding. Carolyn was even willing to do additional sessions with my maid of honor so I could be sure that everything was planned to my control-freak standards while still getting some surprises from my friends. At each step, I had all the control I wanted with none of the stress that usually comes with it. My husband and bridesmaids were also saved from the stress of dealing with me in planning mode. Carolyn truly saved my wedding & shower along with every detail I planned to come to life just like I wanted. She even did details I never even thought of.
