Wedding
I hired Jesse-Anne from Fresh Capsule Vibes Photography for my wedding on March 23, 2024, based on her impressive portfolio. Regrettably, as of July 22, 2024, I have only received a handful of photos despite several extended deadlines. This prolonged delay has been a source of significant disappointment. The decision to choose Fresh Capsule Vibes Photography was primarily influenced by the quality of Jesse-Anne's work showcased in her portfolio. However, the delay in delivering the photos and videos, not just for my wedding but also for other events she undertook, has been disheartening. It is disconcerting to see updates about other events on social media when contracted work from months ago remains incomplete. Many of the photos received were duplicates. I was disappointed to find out that the poor placement of the video camera was set behind a guest which was a view of the back of a head the whole time. My special moment of walking down the aisle was blocked and could not be seen for a long duration of the video. Communication regarding the timeline has been lacking, which has further compounded my frustration. Given the substantial financial investment made, the anticipation of sharing these memories has gradually waned. On multiple occasions, I had to email and text multiple times. After receiving my gallery, I was sent an email thanking me for the service and to make sure I leave a review! I had to remind her I was still owed a book of my pictures, which was just a small 4x4 book, flash drive, and prints. I received almost everything a year later in March 2025. I did not receive the flash drive, which I emailed about and was told it was shipped a few days later and she is not responsible for lost packages. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism. Future clients may benefit from clear expectations and timely communication regarding deliverables.
Response from vendor•Sep 8, 2025Darien, Although it has already been almost 2 years since your wedding, I want to still thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule saving lives as an ER RN to express the surprising disappointment you’ve felt. After reading through our emails, I want to remind you that your gallery, edited video, and raw clips were delivered within our contracted timeline. You also received complimentary items due to a flat lay book delay. You said thank you for those without any other complaints. While the venue layout limited video angles and your DJ’s equipment were in our way, we did the best given limitations. Per our contract, we aren’t liable for lost packages, but I still resent the flash drive with tracking. Although it is not our responsibility to send friendly reminders for what is included in client’s packages, I still sent follow up reminders to you of your print selections. Additionally, I even attempted to assist you as well. I always responded promptly to all messages. I do want to you remind that it was difficult to get a hold of you. I’d go days to weeks without hearing back from you. Given all deliverables were sent and communication maintained, I’m surprised by this 1-star review nearly two years later. Especially receiving texts thanking me: “OMG WE LOVE THEM!!!!! Jesse and her team are absolutely different from your usual coordinating/planner vendors. Not only are they detail oriented, organized, and great at communicating with their fellow vendors; but they are warm, welcoming, and fun to work with! I've been DJing in the Central Texas area for over 5yrs now and it's apparent when a planner team actually cares in comparison to just "going through the motions". Fresh Capsule Vibes truly cares and they go the extra mile to make their clients and fellow vendors feel valued. I'll work with them again any time, any place!
Best wedding planner
I finally decided to hire a wedding planner when I was super stressed and at my wits end with all the planning I forgot goes into a wedding. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year vow renewal so we basically had a second wedding. Jesse was the “day of coordinator” but she went above and beyond having meetings with me months prior to make sure everything went smoothly. I’m super happy to have hired Jesse and her team as they helped to make our vow renewal stress free and enjoyable.

We used Fresh Capsule as our month-of wedding coordinator and were so happy with the process! Jesse was so organized and communicative, she really made the planning and the day so much easier for us. She was unable to be there on the day of, which we knew before we booked, but she lead us right up to the day. Her associate, Aly, and assistant Brittany, were there on the day and they were so awesome and fun. I had nothing to worry about, everything felt smooth and natural just how I wanted! Thank you!
