I founded UnBiehlievable Weddings & Events with one goal in mind: to design and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. From small intimate affairs to large-scale parties, I strive to execute events that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for our clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over.

It’s all in the details! Whether I am helping plan from the beginning or I come in on the day of to help make your vision come alive. My goal is to make sure your big day is stress free and UnBiehlievable! You and your family should enjoy this big moment and leave the rest to me.

Description

Full Wedding planning starts min 8- 10 months prior to the wedding date. I will be by your side every step of the way. Helping with finding vendors, meeting them, planning theme, colors, decor ideas, all the way up to the day of the wedding. It will include 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts with 8 hrs of day of coordination. All packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget.

Partial Wedding planning starts 3-4 months prior to the wedding date. I help ensure you are staying on time with deadlines and wrap up all those last minute details that sometimes get lost in the mix. It includes 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts at 8 hrs for day of coordination. All Packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget. Please note decor set-up and take down is available for an additional fee.

Day of coordination package starts about 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. We meet to discuss all details of the wedding and vendors. A detailed schedule is created and used on the wedding day. I also become the point of contact for all vendors. It includes 2 hrs for a wedding rehearsal and starts at 8 hrs for the wedding day itself. All packages can be customized to best fit your needs and budget.

    Working with Megan was a total joy! She is an extremely hard worker and was ALWAYS available to me (even when I probably spammed her texts too much), and was very accommodating with my late night meetings due to my work schedule. She always had an answer to my questions or had the resources to find it. She was diligent about making sure we had a game plan and timeline for the day of. She also dealt with some difficult vendors with class and grace! She was wonderful to my family and truly allowed me to relax and enjoy my day. She even coordinated a complete flip to indoors when there was rain. If I had to give any critique, it would be that we should have planned for an assistant, simply because I had such a big wedding, but she still did GREAT and the day went swimmingly. I highly recommend Megan to anyone who wishes to have someone who will fight for you and truly seek to understand your wishes and dreams for your big day!

    We seriously can’t recommend Megan enough. She was an absolute lifesaver for us, I literally can’t and refuse to imagine what it would have looked like without her. We got hit with a winter storm and rain on our wedding day with an outdoor ceremony, but she handled everything amazingly, keeping things running smoothly and making sure our day was absolutely perfect. From the start, she was amazing to work with—so organized, super personable, and always on top of everything. She makes it clear that she truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. She was a great advocate for us, and as my maid of honor said on wedding day “Megan is on fire”.

    OMG!!! The wedding was SO amazing!!! Everything was on time! It was so much fun. If there were any problems, none of us knew about it. It was the smoothest wedding I have ever attended! This is who I would want to do my event!
