I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.”

“When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! “Serenity was such an important part of our special day! I am so so so grateful that we found her. We interviewed many day of coordinators but ended up moving forward with Serenity because we loved her gentle/kind personality. She exuded warmth from the first second we jumped on a call with her. Our check ins prior to the week of the wedding were also super helpful and organized. The day before the wedding during the rehearsal, she went above and beyond with helping us problem solve some logistics that were outside of me and my husbands wheelhouse (spatial flow, timing, etc). “I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired.
