Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. “Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!”

As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. My wedding was one of the most special, incredible days of my life, thanks in no small part to Timeless Ties, and I had a blast spending time with her throughout the process as well!”

“I can say without a doubt that I would not have made it through the wedding planning process without Kristi. It was obvious from the start that she has plenty of expertise in this area and she offered her advice in a gentle, non-judgemental manner. For instance, my fiance liked the idea having the ceremony in a particular location followed by an immediate conversion into the reception area after the ceremony; Kristi calmly and kindly explained that this endeavor was harder than it looked and helped us brainstorm different options. She never once made my fiance or me feel that any of our ideas were trivial or stupid; she listened with excitement and spoke with encouragement while also knowing when and how to point out the pros and cons of pending decisions. She went above and beyond in every way possible: when it was clear that family drama was taking its toll on me, Kristi offered numerous times to be the point of contact for a certain family member so as to take stress away from me. I hope I did not take too much advantage of that as it felt like I was using her as a scapegoat. From engagement to leaving the reception, Kristi was patient and kind and was an absolute delight. Her capacity to keep all of the numerous details straight and to recall them instantly was mind-boggling and to boot, she did it all with a calm, unflappable demeanor. I don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough for all she did.”

“Where to even begin! Jill Hudgins was our wedding planner/saint for the 8 months leading up to our wedding. When I say I can’t imagine how any of our big day would have been possible without her - I absolutely mean it. We knew from our first introductory call with Jill that she was going to be such a great partner and friend through the process. She was thoughtful, organized, and brought the best energy to every detail! When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. The real magic happened during the week of our wedding and we needed some emergency rentals - Jill came through with some contacts and got it immediately sorted for us. I got so many compliments on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding day and it was because I knew Jill had my back and everything was going to be perfect. I cannot recommend Jill Hudgins enough.
