While we call the West Coast home, we love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. While we’re experts in wedding planning, we also bring the skills and mindset of counselors to every event. Description

This will include 3 consultations prior to the wedding, create a timeline of the wedding day, attend rehearsal at ceremony site, set up/clean up at the ceremony and reception, follow up phone calls to your vendors 2 weeks out, giving checks to the appropriate vendors

Our base rate is $1200 and then depending on the destination will depend on extra fees.

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kate from Timeless Ties for our wedding at the end of March, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Kate was organized, detail-oriented, and incredibly communicative.     Kate at Timeless Ties was amazing to work with as our day of wedding coordinator. Kate was always checking up on me and made sure to answer any questions I had - she was kind, determined, professional, confident, and enthusiastic throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, when it ended up raining and our ceremony was supposed to be outside, Kate quickly helped bring all of the chairs into the reception area to set up for an indoor ceremony. She was so dedicated to making our day as perfect as possible, and was incredibly attentive, always making sure my husband and I had everything we needed, even bringing us our food before anyone else ate. I highly recommend Kate and Timeless Ties as your day-of coordinators - they work so hard and are beyond kind, making you feel comfortable and confident on your big day!

    I could not be more thrilled to recommend Kate at Timeless Ties! As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. My wedding was one of the most special, incredible days of my life, thanks in no small part to Timeless Ties, and I had a blast spending time with her throughout the process as well!

    Kate coordinated my wedding and completely made my dream wedding come true. Everything went so smoothly and stress free. To this day it is still highly talked about and is the best day of my life. Every detail and last minute hiccups Kate handled everything so beautifully and flawlessy that I had absolutely no stress, worry, or concerns. To be honest I was not even aware I definitely would have her do it again. Best choice ever was choosing Kate as my coordinator.
