Nataly Lopez Artistry was an incredible addition to our wedding day. From the very first interaction, Nataly was incredibly communicative and detailed, ensuring she fully understood the look I was going for. On the day of, Nataly demonstrated her high level of expertise, masterfully doing both mine and my wife’s makeup and my wife's hair. The end results were stunning - we both felt confident, beautiful, and ready to celebrate. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nataly Lopez Artistry to anyone in need of hair and makeup services for a special event. Her work is truly top-notch!

I was very disappointed with the service from Nataly Lopez Artistry for my wedding. Their communication style was terrible - they stopped replying to my messages after initially agreeing to book me, and I had to find a different hair and makeup provider at the last minute. I'm not sure about the quality of their work since they ghosted me, but their portfolio looked good. It was an unfortunate experience, and I would not recommend Nataly Lopez Artistry to other couples planning their wedding.

Your appointment was fully confirmed but I realize it took me 9 days to respond to your last message about the final details. It was never my intention to couse you stress. Nataly did my, my mom and my niece’s hair on September and we LOVED her job. Even though she had only a few hours before the ceremony, she was able to finish everything on time with high quality. I received a lot of compliments for my hair. I was able to dance until the end of the night and my hair was still pretty good! Thank you, Nataly! She was very helpful since she is bilingual and my mom did not speak English.

On the day of, their team followed a detailed timeline they had created for us, and they were incredibly flexible when we needed to make some last-minute changes due to a family emergency. Most importantly, Nataly and her team perfectly matched the inspiration photos we had provided, and made thoughtful changes where necessary to ensure we looked and felt our absolute best.
