While we’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we’d like to offer some clarity so others reading this review receive a fair and accurate understanding. From the beginning, we were transparent that our lead photographer, Chock, would be capturing the event. You had the opportunity to view his portfolio and meet both of us—myself and Chock—in person ahead of time. Despite busy schedules, we made the effort to meet with you and the couple so everyone felt comfortable moving forward, and you confirmed your confidence at that meeting. Many of our couples love working with Chock—sometimes even more than with me. His calm presence, artistic eye, and attention to detail consistently result in stunning work, reflected in the glowing feedback we’ve received. You mentioned the gallery took longer than expected to deliver—but it was delivered within the exact timeframe outlined. While there was a brief system glitch during the final update (which we openly communicated), the gallery itself was completed and delivered on schedule. Regarding the “duplicates,” they are not true duplicates. We approach each wedding with a storytelling mindset—capturing moments from multiple angles, lighting setups, and focal lengths to ensure no emotion is missed. What may look similar often reflects subtle differences in expression, framing, or energy that provide couples with more variety. While some studios deliver fewer images, we believe in offering more—not for the sake of quantity, but to provide the fullest possible narrative of the day. We’re sorry if some images didn’t meet your expectations, but we also offered to provide the full set of raw files so you could verify if moments were captured but not selected. That offer was declined. To this day, we have not received any concern from Lexi or Robyn—the actual couple—and without hearing from them directly, we haven’t had a fair chance to understand their perspective or provide solutions. You also asked us to reorder the gallery using a Google Photos album you created. Though that platform is not part of our process, we still went out of our way to help. Unfortunately, the link didn’t function properly due to compatibility issues. Even so, we attempted to replicate your request, included some of your personal photos, and reached out to ask how we could make it right. That offer was also declined. It’s disheartening to be held responsible for a breakdown we worked in good faith to resolve—especially since it was an exception made for you. You described the photography as “not bad” and “unimpressive,” yet left a two-star review—typically reserved for serious failures. That criticism doesn’t reflect the reality of our communication, delivery, or effort. If this response comes across as disrespectful, we sincerely apologize—that is not our intention. We respect all feedback, but when a review lacks context or comes from a third party without hearing from the couple directly, we do feel the need to respond. We stand firmly behind the work we delivered and the reputation we’ve built through years of care, consistency, and five-star service. Should Lexi and Robyn wish to reach out, we’d be more than happy to connect. Until then, we wish them a lifetime of happiness and beautiful memories together.
