I'm Julia - a traveling wedding and elopement photographer based in Northwest Ohio. You deserve to have your story told in an organic way. The problem many of us face (myself included) is that so many of us find it difficult to step in front of a camera. One of my biggest passions is relieving people of that anxiety. I will get to know you for YOU, and then I'll capture it in a way that you won't even notice I have a camera in my hand. This will probably involve some craft beer, or (let's be honest), a shot of tequila. But, I'll also lead you through a series of prompts and guide you through every single step.

Simply put, I'm known for making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. This way, your photos ring true to who you are as a couple & you enjoy the process every step of the way! You'll never be left to guess what to do with your hands, which direction to look. Your photos will be raw, a little moody, vibrant, and radiate your love story.

A photographer was number 1 on my list of importance for my wedding day. I didn’t do all of the traditional stuff, didn’t want a ton of posed photos and really wanted mine and my husband’s personalities and sheer happiness to come through in photos. Julia is pure magic! Looking back through our pictures, all of those feelings came rushing back. Not to mention I’ve never felt so beautiful, natural, and comfortable in front of a camera in my entire life! I didn’t have to think or try to pose and be something I’m not. Julia created a perfect atmosphere and captured our natural joy without all of the awkwardness. You’ll leave your wedding with a new friend and the most stunning photos heading your way! 1000/10 recommend.

Julia photographed our wedding in October 2024, and I can say wholeheartedly that if you want stunning, high-quality photos and a photographer that goes above and beyond in every step leading up to your event, she is your person. I will mostly let the pictures speak for themselves, but they are exactly what I was hoping for and much more. Julia is also just all-around amazing and a total professional- she was a GREAT help with our wedding timeline, very responsive, provided so many helpful resources, and was the best hype woman you could ask for. For both our engagement pictures and the day of she brought a fantastic energy and made the whole process SO fun and completely stress-free. I can't imagine anyone else capturing our wedding day so perfectly, and couldn't recommend her enough!

Julia is absolutely divine. I truly cannot brag on her enough—the energy she produces from the first email, to the minute she walks in the door; honestly, BOOK HER IMMEDIATELY. Do not second guess yourself for a single second! My husband and I are not selfie/picture takers and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Julia managed to grab pictures that made me tear up because I had to stop and think, “when the heck did she take that? Where was she hiding to grab that moment?!” The best part— you cannot help but gain a lifelong friend in the process. Her professionalism, warmness, and ability to make everyone feel beautiful in every picture is untouchable
