Aloha, I'm Mai, the photographer who will be capturing your day from start to finish. My passion for capturing your special moments is something that I can't get enough of. There's just something so beautiful in telling someone's love story through my lens that is just so magical it has me wanting to do it Every, Single, Second. I consider photography to be an Art of storytelling and I would be honored to be a part of your day. Allow me to capture your love story, so that you can tell it to others.
I’m pretty laid-back, love an adventure, and will be your biggest hype-person. A session with me will have you laughing and smiling, not only because I can be pretty loud with my "oohs and I love its!!" but because I love making people feel at ease in front of my camera. When we meet I can promise you 2 things - to bring out your best self through my lens, and creating beautiful photo memories together.

Great experience working with Mai!
We had a wonderful time working with Mai taking engagement photos in Lake Como! Mai is very accommodating and made sure that our vision came to life. My fiancé does not take photos often, but Mai was able to give him great instructions on how to pose and look very natural. She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, allowing us to be ourselves and have fun. The final photos look amazing and all of our friends and family gave us lots of complements on them! We highly recommend Mai for anyone looking to capture their special moment!
Beyond our expectations
I came across Mai's profile and after reviewing her website I reached out with many questions. She was very responsive and after a brief call, I loved her energy and decided to go with her. The pre-wedding communication was easy and Mai joined us for our wedding rehearsal at the venue. On the wedding day, we worked with Mai and her second shooter Amy. They were lovely to work with and felt more like ohana than just our photographers. They captured our entire day and were so accommodating. While we anticipated our wedding photos to take some time, Mai shared a few sneak peaks and were blown away. After a few weeks only, we received our entire album and are so grateful and happy with the images. We can't thank Mai and Amy enough and definitely recommend them to anyone.
Dreamy Hanbok shoot
Mai was professional and communicative. We have never taken a photoshoot together as a couple, but Mai gave us clear instructions and suggestions for our hanbok engagement photoshoot. The photos came out beautiful and we are over the moon! We would recommend Mai for any couple who want their beautiful memories captured!
