Nova Photos
Nova Photos is a wedding photography, videography, and photo booth studio in Chicago, IL. We're a multicultural, multilingual, LGBTQ-friendly, photographer/employee-owned studio dedicated to documenting the most memorable moments of your wedding day! Collectively, we have captured over 10,000 weddings. At Nova Photos, we work with our clients every step of the way. The team provides comprehensive support with planning locations, setting up permits, and creating a timeline that works for them and their other vendors. Every couple deserves more than just memories; they deserve a timeless keepsake that captures the essence of their love story!
We offer affordable high quality photography, videography and photo booth services! Each of our packages includes the digital copies so that our clients own their photos and they can do whatever they want with them! We offer reasonably priced prints as well! We are experienced in capturing every type of religious ceremony!

Wedding Marcus and Gerdlyn
Michelle was amazing and extremely patient while capturing photos on our special day. All the photos taken were very nice . The detailing in the photos look very professional and we can’t express how much we loved the photos . She made sure to accommodate majority of our families to be included in the photos which meant a lot to us. So once thanks so much for the amazing photos Michelle we can’t to show everyone the outstanding job you did and will be recommending Nova photos and Michelle to our friends and family.
Fantastic Experience
My partner and I asked Nova Photos very last minute if they could photograph our courthouse wedding in Downtown Chicago. Within 24 hours, we had the date confirmed, contract signed and that extra stressor was taken care of! Van has been very easy and fast with communications, which had greatly helped us with the process. When it came to wedding day, our photographer, Maks, was honestly fantastic - he was energetic, had great ideas with where and how to take photos (I was absolutely no help at all as I did not have any ideas or requirements), and was just an overall positive addition to the day (let alone helpful in adjusting accessories, flowers, clothes etc.). We ended up taking so many pictures and he was very accommodating with any requests that did come up. We are still waiting on the pictures (so stay tuned for how they actually turned out as that is most important in all of this) but so far I have been very impressed with Maks and Nova Photos.
Amazing Photographer
Maks was an incredible photographer! I highly recommend him to anyone looking. Every time people gathered to take pics on their phones, he was right there to snap a professional one as well. He is super fun to work with and had me naturally smiling and laughing in all of our pictures. So many of our family members commented on what an incredible job he did and how funny and cool he was!
Awesome photographer
Maks was the best. His energy and professionalism were highlights to our day, and he truly went above and beyond capturing our family and wedding! He put everyone at ease with great posing suggestions, and took so many candid shots throughout the night. Would absolutely hire again!
