We walk alongside you through every step - from design and planning perfection to vendor selection, invitation suite management, and all things old, new, borrowed, and blue. | Month of Coordination is great for the couple who has almost everything put together but just needs a little help with the finishing touches. Where can we help? By tying up loose ends and adding a little sparkle, 6 weeks before your wedding date. We will finalize every detail you have planned and perfect every image you have envisioned. | Partial planning services are fully customizable and are ideal for couples who have some pieces put together but have left some elements for the professionals. That’s where we come in! We focus on intentionality when combining all the final touches to give you the perfect day. This package comes customary with the wedding coordination package with the option to add other services. |

Blue Belles is the BEST
I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Belles Wedding Coordinators. Hannah is super friendly, professional, organized, transparent, creative, and positive. I hired Blue Belles for day-of coordination, but I ended up feeling like I had a multi-month partner in Hannah. She held multiple planning/logistics calls with me leading up to the wedding. Every time I walked away feeling calmer and more prepared for the big day! As for the wedding itself - picture this. It was a 100% DIY wedding in Brown County State Park. The ceremony and reception were outdoors. We knew it would be hot (as a late July wedding), but what we didn't plan for was an actual heat wave. Temps got up to 104F heat index and there were pop up thunderstorms. Yet, the day was perfect, thanks to the contingency plans Hannah helped us plan. Hannah works super hard. She was at our venue in the crazy heat from 7a-11p on the day of our wedding and was super positive and on top of it the entire time. She also helped us random extra set up the day before our wedding. We truly could not have done this day without her. If you're looking for an experienced coordinator who feels more like a friend, look no further!

Hannah is amazing to work with! I was the photo booth with my business, Joystream: The Mobile Merrymaker, for a wedding she planned, and she made everything easy peasy and seamless for me. She has such a wonderful light and positivity surrounding her that would make any bride (or host) want to use her for their special day! 10/10 recommend, and I hope we get to work together in the near future!!

My husband, Zach, and I got married on May 25, 2025 and working with Hannah was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I feel like many vendors default to only addressing the bride, but Hannah made sure that we both felt included from our very first meeting, to all of the email exchanges, and to finally our wedding day! I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends. If you’re looking for the perfect day-of-coordinator, Hannah’s THE it girl.
