We want you to have the day of your dreams where you get to enjoy each and every moment. Here at TWP, we recognize that each Bride’s needs and budgets are different. Knowing this, we work with each couple to hand-pick the planning and coordination services they desire. Maintaining the integrity of your aesthetic, while respecting your budget is our top priority! Your day should be carefree, chic (sheek), and full of the things you love!

Hi! I’m Bethanie! The Owner and Founder of TWP! I have been a part of creating and coordinating for years. My vision for founding a company that caters to budget brides came from having been to a plethora of weddings over the years. I recognized a stark difference in brides who's had some extra support compared to those who were left to do it all themselves! This always made my heart somewhat melancholy. These couples are so special! On this special day they shouldn't have to lift a finger! They are incredible and deserve the moon and stars on this special day. That’s when TWP was born!

Every couple has different needs, but we are always here to customize our packages to fit each couple! Our consultations are absolutely free and we’d love the chance to talk with you about your big day!

The Interactive Bridal Catalog is That Wedding Planner’s unique tool that cuts out the guess work for our Brides & Grooms. The Bridal Catalog allows our couples to see exactly what services we offer, what is included, and how much it costs. But it doesn’t just stop there, our Interactive Bridal Catalog also allows you to select which items you would potentially be interested in and then scroll to see the overall total for what you’ve chosen, helping you stay within your budget! Y Our goal at That Wedding Planner is to maintain our couple’s aesthetic, while providing a hassle free, customized experience that is within their budget!

Within the Interactive Bridal Catalog each service in our Interactive Bridal Catalog will outline the basics of what is included within that information bubble and of course, you can always reach out to us via our contact form if you need any clarification.

Once you have determined which services you are interested in, all you have to do is complete the form! We’ll take it from here. Your planner will review your selections and then set up a time to talk with you and discuss all your hopes and dreams for your special day!

No, here at That Wedding Planner we recognize that each Bride has individual needs, timelines, and budgets. Therefore, the choice of services is completely unique to your desires! Our Interactive Bridal Catalog lets you pick and choose each item and easily track the potential cost. However, we also know that wedding planning can be overwhelming and sometimes all the choices are too much! So we’ve also included a page of Pre-Set Packages. We are always happy to discuss your specific needs and help you choose what works best for you!

Wedding planning can be completely overwhelming at times–we get it! So many choices and lots of decisions. If trying to look through our catalog seems a bit too much at the moment and you’d rather pick from a pre-selected package, we’ve got that too! These are offered under our Pre-Set Packages tab and include some of the most commonly used services.

Just send us a quick note from the contact us section on the bottom of the main page and tell us which package you are interested in! We typically respond within the day, but sometimes during the peak seasons it might take us 24hrs to get back to you!

That Wedding Planner has a unique team of Planners and Assistants that create a well-rounded experienced group of planners! Everything from event planning, musicians, Bridal shop consultants, catering and serving, and much more! We have it covered! We pull our unique backgrounds to provide you quality and seamless service!

That Wedding Planner serves a large portion of Indiana! From North-Vernon to Syracuse and everywhere in between! We have no problem traveling to you! We do charge a travel fee for anything outside of 60miles from Greenwood, IN. This just ensures that we can cover expenses and ensure we are well rested for your Big Day!
