When you hire Rick Lash Photography, you're hiring me, Rick. I've been a professional wedding photographer since 2012 and I still love what I do more than I did the day before. I'm here to make your wedding day better. How do I do this? By being thoughtful, professional, and precise. What's this mean? I'm going to walk through your day several times with you before we get there. We're going to plan how I should capture it without getting in your way. I want you to enjoy your day as much as possible while I'm able to fulfill my role to the best of my abilities. I'm also here to make your memories better. That's what my photography is for.

Fam, I'm 6'5", so it's easy to stand out. But if I were 5'5" I'd probably do so just as much. I have a loud laugh, and I like to laugh, a lot. I crack a lot of bad (and sometimes even good) jokes. This has become more true since I became a dad to two awesome little humans. I shoot photojournalistically, but I am probably the most active photojournalist you'll ever encounter. Guests routinely tell me what an amazing job I've done (without having seen a single photograph) because they witness me capturing everything I can. I have a lot of creative energy which I use to my best advantage on wedding days. Hey, also, I shoot with an artist's eye.
