Description | This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process. | A wedding under 50 guests is considered a “micro wedding.” This service is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate your union. A micro wedding is perfect if you want a wedding and all of its traditions on a smaller scale so you don’t feel overwhelmed by the process and its complexities. | This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning which begins at least 12 months prior. | Day-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins before the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle. |

Does not make good--Would Not Reccommend
By far the worst vendor I hired, a waste of money, and almost non-existent on my wedding day. Aciana sounded wonderful when we first spoke, and made a lot of promises. She said that despite what the contract said, "as long as you are on site, I'm on site," and that she would have an assistant on hand, and told stories about ways she went above and beyond to help other brides. However, she cancelled on my venue walkthrough, was on site for the wedding for maybe a few hours because she arrived late, lectured me about it when I mentioned it, and then left as soon as the ceremony started. She left her "assistant" in charge, but her assistant is really her husband. He was very kind and did his best, but clearly did not know what was going on. The bridal party enterance was wrong so no one wasn announced correctly, I almost wlaked down the aisle wihtout a bouquet, and the bouqut toss almost didn;t happen. The MC working with the band had to manage everything otherwise I think it would have been worse. This was a waste of money that was supposed to save me stress on my wedding day. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money, keep looking, find another coordinator.

I take great pride in the service I provide and always strive to make every wedding day as seamless and special as possible. However, I feel it’s important to clarify a few key points: Our contract outlined up to 10 hours of onsite coordination, which was discussed during our initial consultation call, in our signed contract, and through our email communications leading up to your wedding. On the day of your wedding, I encountered significant traffic delays — the same delays that impacted many of your guests — but still arrived onsite a little earlier than 1:00 PM, well ahead of your scheduled 4:30 PM ceremony. We also worked together to adjust the ceremony start time to accommodate late-arriving guests. With your guests scheduled to depart around 10:30 PM, and factoring in breakdown and cleanup, we anticipated leaving around 11:30 PM — fully aligned with our contracted service agreement. Despite feeling extremely ill that day, I remained onsite through setup, ceremony, and cocktail hour. I respectfully informed your Maid of Honor that I would be stepping away 10 minutes before cocktail hour ended, to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, during the ceremony lineup, I personally fixed a last-minute dress malfunction to ensure you walked down the aisle looking perfect. Because of this, I briefly set your bouquet aside, but it was retrieved promptly and your ceremony proceeded beautifully. Throughout the evening, we continued to adjust the timeline — including moving up the bouquet toss — to ensure you captured important moments, even as guests began leaving earlier than anticipated. As previously disclosed, my husband assists at events and remained onsite to help coordinate the remainder of the evening after my departure. Every major timeline event was completed, and the generous tip you provided at the end of the night indicated satisfaction at that time. I also find it important to note that this review was posted two months after the wedding, and no concerns were communicated to me directly during that time. While I understand emotions run high on such a special day, my team and I worked diligently — even under difficult circumstances — to support you and your event to the very best of our ability. We cannot thank Aciana and her husband enough for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was flawless. They were always one step ahead and handled last-minute changes and unexpected situations with grace and efficiency. Aciana made sure everything ran smoothly, from coordinating with vendors to keeping us on schedule. Most importantly, she allowed us to relax and enjoy our day! Aciana's personal touch and care for us and our special day truly set her apart. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the wedding and reception was, and we owe so much of that to their hard work and dedication. Day of Coordinator 11/30/24
Aciana and her husband Alex were tremendous help on my day. I got her alittle later into planning, and I did all the things they were supposed to do and I really needed help on the day of. They were on point on getting my venue ready and knew that I wanted things on time. They would text me throughout the day while getting ready to just make sure on things. When it was reception time they took care of us. They gave us our food, brought us some drinks and let us know what the next thing was. I really appreciate Aciana and Alex
