Bustle and Bloom is a boutique style wedding planning company, with a team of 4 incredible planners, based in Wesley Chapel, FL and servicing all of Tampa Bay. With over 8 years in the industry, We know that planning your day can be met with equal parts excitement and anxiety when the checklists are never ending and not in your normal wheelhouse. Good news - this is our jam! Making memories that are worthy of a lifetime while making the process enjoyable is what we love. Let us help you walk through walking down the aisle. As a previous Wedding and Events Director in South Louisiana, we've nailed southern hospitality while also having the industry experience to ensure you're in thoughtful and prepared hands. Our planning services marry well with our floral designs. It's not additions to grow our bottom line, but it's a seamless package that truly paints your day in the complete picture.

You're engaged!! Congratulations!! Now what? We are here to walk you through the whole process. With our full planning service, we'll help you formulate a plan and budget, find your venue and dream-team of vendors. This package means you have full access when needed and scheduled planning meetings as well. If you're not sure where to start - start with a consultation and hear about all the ways we can keep joy in the planning process.

You've got your venue and nailed down some of your vendors, but feel a little lost in the sauce. Let us help with a sure gameplan and fill in all the gaps. We'll com in to your existing plan and create a plan to get the rest done. Need help finding the rest of your vendors, a timeline, floor plan & design - that's what we're here for. If you've already begun but the checklist now seems daunting, let us come in and offer the support you need.

You've found all of your vendors and made a plan, but want the eye of a professional to ensure it's the best one. Beginning at 6 weeks from your date, we'll work with you to finalize details, create a day of timeline, floor-plan and manage your vendor team and be the point person for any day-of pivots. Our goal is to offer a level of support that allows you to enjoy your day with full confidence that every detail is covered.

We offer full event design which includes but is not limited to: -fresh floral designs of bouquets, backdrops, centerpieces and installations -table linens (runners, napkins, etc) -Custom Signs (welcome, drinks, gifts and cards, etc) -candles, cake stands, etc

    Rebecca makes miracles happen. Bustle and Bloom is a business built by strong women who will do whatever it takes to make your wedding as smooth as possible. Rebecca and her team went above and beyond expectations with both florals and coordination. I initially reached out to Bustle and Bloom for floral services a year out from our wedding and quickly realized that having Rebeccas as a coordinator was extremely necessary. Little did I know that she would play a much bigger role than I ever could have imagined. With eight months to go, our wedding venue was hit by two hurricanes and was forced to close. Phone call after phone call, the venue ensured us that they would reopen months before our date. With every passing day, our concerns continued to grow until we finally decided that it was best to move on. Rebecca was a phone call away while we emailed, called and toured venue after venue to get quotes a month before our date. She advised us where possible, but most of all maintained a sense of calm that made us feel confident in any choice that we would make. It gave us so much comfort to know that Rebecca has helped other couples who, unfortunately, have gone through similar situations. It became clear that Rebecca was meant to be part of our wedding, which made working with her that much more special. Unexpectedly, we found that there were so many people and vendors that were acquaintances of Rebecca’s who were willing to help make our day everything we dreamed it to be. This truly had us feeling blessed. The day itself came with its unexpected challenges that every couple knows will happen, no matter how much you pray they don’t. Rebecca and her team handled every obstacle swiftly and without flaw. From the gorgeous bouquets and centerpieces to timeline and vendor management, I could not have asked for someone better to put our trust in for the most important day of our lives.

From the very first meeting, their communication style was professional, proactive, and caring - they were incredibly attentive to every detail. Rebecca and her team's work was of the highest quality, and they contributed to making our special day a huge success in countless ways. Rebecca took care of absolutely everything leading up to and on the day-of, suggesting thoughtful details that couldn't have been more on-point.     Bustle and Bloom were an absolute pleasure to work with as our wedding coordinators and florist. Their communication style was efficient, great, and simple, which made the planning process stress-free. The quality of their work and value was top-notch - they had an incredible attention to detail, were flexible, and highly responsive. When a few minor problems arose on our wedding day, they were quick to find/offer solutions and ensure every detail was communicated to both us and our vendors. Bustle and Bloom were also just incredibly nice and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for better wedding coordinators to help ease the anxiety of wedding planning and ensure our big day ran smoothly.

    Bustle and Bloom were the wedding planners and florists for our special day, and we could not have been more pleased with their exceptional service. From our very first interaction, their communication was thorough, friendly, and professional, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. As the florist, Rebecca personalized our floral plan to our specific venue, creating arrangements that were more stunning than we could have imagined. And as our planner, she had a full handle on every part of the day, allowing my husband and I to truly enjoy ourselves and our wedding.
