Thanks to this team my family and friends had an amazing time at my wedding. Countless compliments on my decor and how fun it was. They listened to everything that I wanted and did it all! Everything was beautiful and done in a timely manner. People could not get over how cute my party favors were. They have good vendor recommendations too if you need help. I wouldn’t have wanted to use someone else for my wedding. Thanks you guys!

We used Cali Soiree for their wedding planning/coordination/decorating services. Jazmine worked with us and was AMAZING!!! Everything was so beautiful and exactly as discussed. She worked with us to find details that fit our budget and went above and beyond. The day of our wedding, we worried about absolutely nothing. We had several guests let us know this was the best wedding they had been to for several reasons, from decor to other vendors to the flow of the night. We will be using them for any parties we have in the future! Thank you for helping us make our special day something we will never forget!!!

Cali Soiree services the Greater Sacramento area. A travel fee will apply to locations outside of the Sacramento area.

Set-ups will take approximately 1 to 2 hours.

Clients must have a close parking area and clear access to the entryway. Designated area and path must be cleaned and cleared prior to arrival. We do not move any furniture, and will not be responsible for damages to items not removed as requested. We reserve the right to refuse set up at any time. Additional stair charge will apply.

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The deposit secures the date and time. Balance must be paid 14 days prior to event date. All parties booked within the 14-day period must be paid in full at time of booking. In addition, a $250 refundable damage fee will be due 14 days prior to date of event.

A deposit of $250.00 will be held until all items are return. If items are missing, or damages occur, the account will be assessed a fee to be deducted from the deposit.

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 14 days of the event. No changes, refunds or cancellations are given within the 14-day period. Change of date fee will apply if done within the 14-day period.
