I’ve always been inspired by the strong, ambitious women in my life who built successful small businesses in the hospitality industry — from restaurant owners and bakers to caterers and florists. Growing up surrounded by their entrepreneurial spirit, I was motivated to follow my own path and create something meaningful in the world of events. After spending two years working as a Wedding Coordinator at the Westin, the pandemic hit and forced a pause on hotel weddings. That unexpected turn of events only fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-time business. And so, Kaci Danae Events was born.
What began as day-of coordination has evolved into a comprehensive range of event planning services. Whether you’re looking for full-service or partial wedding planning, corporate event management, or expert day-of coordination, I am here to ensure every detail is perfectly executed. Made the wedding stress-free
This was our first time working with Kaci, and this wedding was a bit last minute, so the couple was not fully prepared and communication was sometimes challenging. When Kaci emailed us, it was a relief because she was organized, clear, and incredibly helpful. On the day of the wedding, she stayed on top of everything and gave us heads-ups about what was happening. As wedding videographers and photographers, we really appreciated that because it helped us capture every important moment without missing anything.
An amazing planner to work with !
Kaci Danae Events was a pleasure to work ! I did hair and makeup for the wedding ( Jenni Huse, the blossom salon , justjennistyle.com ) ! She was easily to get a hold of and communicating was so simple. Kaci knows her business in and out and what each vendor needs. She helped communicate with the bride and was so pleasant to talk with. Kaci made sure all the bridal party and brides were on time and helped the day run so smoothly with all the hair and makeup we did on location . I'd hire her for my wedding in a heartbeat - what a great person inside and out!

Kaci is amazing to work with! Her communication was clear, kind and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding event. She's thoughtful, easy to talk to, and detail-oriented which is literally everything you'd want in a wedding coordinator!!! Little touches like adding decorations to the dessert table to enhance the photos, and providing a stool for me (the photographer) to get a great group shot of all the guests (before I even asked for one), really shows how on top of her game she is! She's also just a super down-to-earth person who is clearly very skilled at her job. High vibes and low stress. :)
Amazing Planner to Work With!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Kaci at a recent wedding in Sonoma County! Her communication is amazing, and she is all-around professional, concise, and very kind. As a caterer, we have worked with many planners and Kaci truly is a standout. She is organized and efficient when it comes to gathering and confirming details, and during the event is laid-back yet on-point; a hard combination to come by! I highly recommend her services to any couple looking for a trustworthy and talented wedding planner.
