We’ve been in your shoes, and that’s why we approach planning with both expertise and empathy. But we don’t do it alone. Oso Events Allowed Things to Run Smoothly
Gen Garcia and her team were excellent about communication right from the start! Gen reached out to me in June, 2024 about my desire to play for and availability for an April 5, 2025 wedding at Old St. Hilary's Historic Preserve in Tiburon. She was very clear about the venue, the expected number of guests, the timing of things, and asked good questions of me. I jumped on the opportunity, and I was glad I did. Gen made a point to be kept in the loop about any email exchanges I had with the couple, which was smart, as that allowed Gen and her team to give me useful updates along the way. It was easy working with her assistants, Raymundo and Michelle on the day of the wedding. Oso Events did a great job making everything come together smoothly!

Oso events is lovely to work with from start to finish. Having worked with a lot of coordinators, I can say that they are friendly, organized, and responsive. They take into account other vendors needs which is frequently rare these days with coordinators. I would definitely love to work with them again.
Best Wedding Decision 100%
I found Oso through an Instagram add and I can wholeheartedly say that hiring Oso as our wedding planners was the #1 best decision we did for our wedding day. We originally hired the Oso team as partial planners as we searched venues far and wide for our Bay Area wedding and once we confirmed availability at our dream venue (a true BYO EVERYTHING) venue, we knew we had to upgrade the Oso team to the full planning package given the logistics and details that would be required to pull off the wedding. As a type A bride, there was not a single point during the wedding process where I questioned whether the Oso team had a perfect handle on everything. Below I will go into detail on how the Oso team gave us the wedding of our dreams that far exceeded our wildest expectations for what was possible! Vendor Planning: - Food: Our venue had an approved vendor list for catering and it was great to know that Oso had worked with several of the vendors on the list. Oso shared their thoughts across the vendors and guided us to the best decision possible. Not only was our caterer in budget, but they were AMAZING. Our guests were raving about the food all night and it really made it special. - Florals: We used a suggested vendor from Oso for our florals. From all the things in our wedding that surprised me day of, I'd say floral were the main thing. I was blown away at how beautiful the wedding day florals were. To the point where I could not stop saying throughout the day 'I cant believe these are OUR florals!". They truly were a dream. Budget: The most important thing. How rarely can a couple say they were UNDER budget for their wedding. We had lofty dreams of our day and the Oso team suggested EXCELLENT options throughout the way to help us stay in budget. Every vendor they helped us choose was in line with budget and was incredible to work with (Catering, Florals, Rentals, Photographer etc) - I wouldnt have changed a single one. Day of Execution: - For the wedding day, we worked with Michelle, Gen and Raymundo. Their communication and organizational skills are unmatched and our guests kept complimenting the team on how committed to perfection they were. Additionally, when I saw the team on the wedding day, it felt as if we were seeing our friends and their presence their made the day extra special. A big plus was the access to the Oso Decor - Which we used throughout the day!! I really cant find the words to recommend Oso enough. Our guests have not stopped raving about the beauty, elegant, perfection and overall execution of the wedding. Even our vendors would comment on how organized Oso was and how they loved working with them. As someone who second guesses EVERYTHING, struggles to not control all things and searched the internet far and wide for a planner, I could not imagine working with anyone else for our special day. It was a magical experience and I recommend Oso to anyone in the Bay Area considering hiring a planner. 10000/10 recommend. Thank you Michelle, Raymundo, Gen and team for everything you did! We already miss working with you!! :)

The quality of their work is truly impressive, as they are professional, organized, and have an eye for detail and style.
