    Working with Katelyn was a joy and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for wedding planning services. We hired her for day of planning for a 160 person wedding. She was easy to communicate with and all of our meetings (3 total) were productive and organized. She worked with us to generate wonderful timelines (with specific times for each “activity”) for both the day before welcome party and the wedding day. She communicated the timeline and all the information to our vendors and wedding party, as well as managing all the communication with them the day of. She ran the rehearsal seamlessly and generated a really great indoor rain plan (that we ended up using). I also put her in charge of executing my decor vision (I gave her hundreds of loose flowers/greenery, boxes of decor, sample pictures, and a word doc guideline) and she and her two assistants went above and beyond in making it happen (and they did all the clean up after)! Lastly, there was some sort of mix up with the bus that I rented to get guests to the hotel. She was able to get in touch with the bus company and everyone ended up getting to the ceremony on time - and I had no idea that it had happened until the next day! I can’t say enough positive things!

    Katelyn and her team made our wedding day a breeze. My husband and I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put into making sure the day ran smoothly. I did not have to worry about things getting done or where they needed to be on the wedding because I knew Katelyn had it taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful day. She was an absolute crucial member of our vendor team. If you're getting married and are in need of a coordinator, Katelyn is your girl, do not hesitate to hire her.     Katelyn was amazing. Her guidance throughout the wedding planning process was much appreciated. On the day of our wedding, she was a calm, helpful presence, ensuring that the day was absolutely perfect. She was prepared for any misstep that may occur, making my day stress free and flawless. We were very impressed by her professionalism and the expertise she provided. We cannot recommend her enough.

    We cannot rave enough about Katelyn and all the work she did for our wedding. Originally, we were not planning of having a day of coordinator, but our venue required it, and we are so glad they did. From the early stages, Katelyn helped us figure out what we wanted our wedding day to look like, asking guiding questions and providing templates when needed. Her day of coordination package included multiple check in meetings to see how we were doing, what progress we had made, and, of course, more guidance based on our progress. If you ever had any quick questions (aka panic questions), she was easily reachable by text or email and would respond promptly. Beyond the planning stage, our wedding day and rehearsal flowed so well with her assistance. The groomsmen could be a little challenging getting them to focus, but she was able to work with them and the entire rehearsal was done sooner than we had expected! As for the big day, she assisted with decoration details and setting up our pieces exactly how we had hoped. The entire day flowed so well from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. When a giant storm came and gusts of wind began blowing tablecloths and wine bottles off the tables, we quickly pivoted to rush our cake cutting and clear multiple tables. She worked tirelessly on the back end to coordinate with our vendors and everything was so much better for it. If you’re thinking of doing it all on your own, I applaud you, but a day of coordinator like Katelyn was beyond worth it for all of the guidance and stress reduction she provided us.
