Her love for weddings sprouted early, helping her Chef dad cater events. In 2011, she became a Bridal Consultant at David's Bridal, and her passion has blossomed ever since. Sarah-Rae was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very start, her communication style was patient, clear, and concise, which put us at ease during the often stressful wedding planning process. The quality of her work and value they provided was truly outstanding - she was adaptable, thoughtful, creative, hardworking, and highly skilled. Our wedding day was made so much easier thanks to Sarah-Rae. The planner thought of every detail ahead of time so we could simply enjoy our special day. I attended a wedding planned by Sarah-Rae in the fall of 2022, and it was one of the more beautiful, well thought-out and planned weddings I have ever attended. Her attention to detail was meticulous, and the event was flawless. If you are lucky enough to get on her calendar, do it!

Rae was instrumental in helping make our wedding day come together seamlessly. She provided her expertise in coordinating the event to run smoothly, on time and with everyone dressed and in place. She was a great resource in helping plan as well as execute the day of. As a bride, there are a lot of moving parts with managing vendor arrivals, decor placement, catering plans, guest seating and more. Rae took all of that off our hands which allowed us to be present and worry free on our special day. Rae has years of experience in the industry and takes time to get to know your needs and desires to create the wedding of your dreams. As I write this review, it brings back many happy memories of a memorable day with close friends and family. Thanks Rae for being there to fix my fly aways and straighten my veil before I walked down the aisle!

I am currently the sole planner/employee of Clabo Events, however, I have two "on call assistants" should I ever need backup for a large event.

Absolutely! I have experience planning baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, etc. I also have experience in community and corporate event planning, floral design, balloon arches and decor.

It completely depends on the package selection; however every couple can expect at minimum free consultation meeting, an informal meeting - typically over dinner or drinks hosted by Sarah-Rae, when possible - and a final details meeting the week before the event. Partial/Full planning packages are dependent on package details and group size.

Absolutely Not! When you sign your contract with Clabo Events you will be the only event booked for that entire week, allowing our full availability and attention to every detail.

With over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of working with numerous couples to craft their perfect day. Each wedding is a unique reflection of the couple's love story, and my specialty lies in helping them bring that narrative to life; ensuring every detail aligns with the couple's vision and personal style. My approach is deeply collaborative, focusing on understanding the couple’s desires and translating them into a seamless, memorable event. Whether it’s incorporating cultural traditions, personal touches, or innovative themes, my goal is to make each wedding a true representation of the couple's journey together.
