Working with Wild Heron Events was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their communication style was casual, responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. The team exuded confidence, responsibility, capability, and organization, which gave me a great sense of ease leading up to the big day. When I messed up the chair count, they quickly got a truck and contracted new chairs on the fly, ensuring everything was perfectly set up. I felt so confident with them the day of the wedding that I was truly able to relax and enjoy the moment. Wild Heron Events went above and beyond to make our special day seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

We have worked with Wild Heron Events on multiple occasions and I can safely say she is amazing!! We love working with Kayla and her team because they are so kind, patient and passionate about what they do!! She works really well with other vendors and pays close attention to detail! Where do I even begin?! Let me just start by saying that if you're getting married and you want your special day to be an absolute fairytale, look no further than Wild Heron Events and their incredible team! Kayla's attention to detail was truly next level. She thought of things that hadn't even crossed our minds and made sure every little aspect of our big day was absolutely perfect.
