Amazing Wedding Coordinator

Clare was a fabulous day of coordinator. I had a lot of moving pieces at my wedding and various vendors and the day of I did not want to have to think about any of that. I wanted pictures taken before the wedding and had the wedding party and family showing up at different times to take pictures. She was incredible about keeping things moving. I highly recommend Clare!

Clare had started off with doing my wedding, and she did such a great job that she has done two more weddings for two different family members. I had a very quickly planned Wedding within three months. I hired her probably about a month ahead of the wedding for her coordinating services. We did a quick phone call and FaceTime to discuss everything. She had made and sent a timeline over quickly to cover the day, she coordinated with all the vendors (it’s amazing how she knew and worked with most of them already!). The day before the wedding she met up with us and ran over the plans, did walk-throughs and make sure everything for the next day. On the wedding day most brides say they are stressed, but Clare was so quick and efficient that I did not worry at all. She took care of every little problem that you could think of. She kept everything on schedule and moving along where there is no dead space. And at the end of the night she helped pack all of our things so we did not leave anything behind while we went out, we would have definitely forgot stuff! I would definitely recommend Clare over and over again for a coordinator or a planner! If any parties or weddings in the family come up she will be the first to be recommended!
