    Coastal Coordinating was an exceptional wedding planning team from start to finish. We were lucky enough to work with Melanie, and she was on top of it from the start! Their communication was consistent and transparent - they always responded promptly to our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of their work was outstanding, as they were incredibly kind, stayed on top of every detail on the day, and kept the entire wedding party and vendors on schedule. Their attention to communication and value for money made planning our special day a breeze. We are so grateful to Coastal Coordinating for helping to make our wedding day perfect.

    We can’t say enough good things about Katy! She was our wedding planner from 2023 through our big day in April 2025, and she was absolutely incredible every step of the way. From the start, Katy was organized, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond. She helped us with everything — planning, scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and the many little details we never would’ve thought of on our own. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute rockstar. Everything ran perfectly, and if there were any hiccups, we didn’t notice — which is exactly what we hoped for. Thanks to Katy, we got to fully enjoy our day, be present with our loved ones, and just soak in every moment without stress. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended — beautifully done, incredibly well coordinated, and full of thoughtful touches. That’s all Katy. She also supported us with the events leading up to the wedding, and we were constantly impressed by her attention to detail, calm presence, and how much she truly cared.     Working with Coastal, and especially Carly Rose, was great! I am very happy with the way everything turned out and I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day (and the whole weekend) because I felt confident that Carly had everything covered. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted and Carly took the time to understand what was important to us and was flexible with us when we wanted to change the plan. I also think their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.
