Working with Stephanie was one of the best choices we made during our wedding planning journey. We brought her on about a month before the big day, and from the moment she stepped in, she brought an incredible sense of calm, clarity, and joy to the entire process. Despite being a very Type A bride who had a handle on most details, Stephanie still managed to ask questions I hadn’t even thought of, things that made a huge difference. She seamlessly took over all vendor communication, organized every moving piece, and had such a natural command of the process that we were able to fully trust her and breathe. Our vendors absolutely loved working with her, which made everything feel even more cohesive and stress-free. Stephanie was so easy to work with and made everything genuinely fun. She kept us organized in the lead-up, and on the day of, she ran the show—behind the scenes, in front of it, and everywhere in between. She made sure everything ran smoothly, and honestly? In our eyes, nothing went wrong. Throughout the day, she constantly checked in with us, made sure we were hydrated, well-fed, and having a blast—while also juggling every logistical detail in the background. Her attention to detail and dedication to our experience allowed us to be fully present and just soak in the joy of the day. We are endlessly grateful for Stephanie’s vision, energy, and care. Our day was everything we hoped for—and we couldn’t have done it without her.

Stephanie and her team were great! We got the month-of package and it was totally worth it. They were very organized and made the process so much less stressful
