“The KnightCo. Events team was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. My venue required us to have a coordinator, but I was really skeptical about whether I needed one. Now that I've gone through the entire process, I can confidently say yes, you do need one, and yes, it should be KnightCo. Events! Chynna was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to my destination wedding. She was actively engaged in every meeting with our venue, even the early morning ones with a 3 hour time difference. Once the package officially kicked in 6 weeks out, KCE took over all of the communication with vendors, which allowed me to take a break from the planning. It was hard for me to give up control, but it was ultimately worth it, especially as we got closer to the wedding day. When one of our vendors was 2 hours late on the day of the wedding, Chynna stepped in and was able to clear everything up within minutes of me notifying her. Chynna felt like another one of my best friends on the wedding day—there to offer me lipstick, a makeup pad, stain remover... she had literally anything I could need and offered it before I even knew that I needed it! Everything stayed on schedule and she checked in with us often but discreetly to make sure we had everything we needed. And the next day as we were already buzzing with excitement, she surprised us with a behind the scenes gallery of photos and videos that allowed us to relive our perfect day. “We are so grateful and glad that we found Myesha at Belton Bliss Events for our wedding. From the first moment we met her, we had a gut feeling that she was the right person to help us, and we were so right. Our wedding was pretty big (140 people) with lots of moving parts, and Myesha was integral to it being the best wedding we could have ever asked for. Our guests raved about how smooth and fun everything was, and we stayed ahead of schedule for almost the entire day. When I asked her mid-day if anything catastrophic had happened, she said "I would never tell you if it had" and I trusted her completely to handle anything that came up. And she did! As a testament to how wonderful Myesha is, and how she will go above and beyond for her couples: At the end of the night, we left the venue for our after party... and about an hour later, we realized Myesha had walked over to tell us that we'd left our cake and leftover food behind! We were prepared to send a family member to grab it, but Myesha instead got our hotel key, ran across town and delivered everything to our room so it was there when we got back from our after-party. Even when I woke up at 4 am on the wedding day with an idea for something I wanted to make happen, she said "Don't worry about it" and made it happen. They were all available when I had questions and I do like that they have an online portal with you can communicate directly on as well as text questions to the team if needed. The managed all my vendors which were all great. Had a small issue with catering forgetting something we ordered but it was not a huge deal and we were refunded back the money the next day. “Morgan is simply fantastic! We are so fortunate to have found her and are thankful for the little God wink that led us to her. She is so personable and easy to work with, she listens to what the bride wants (and welcomed my perspective, too :) ) but yet guides based on her experiences, is firm but kind, and she respected and supported our desire to keep the day focused on the marriage itself and not getting overly wrapped up in everything else surrounding that day. She was detailed in her pre-wedding planning. As tends to happen in every wedding I’ve been around - things don’t go perfectly per the ‘script’ - and my daughter’s wedding was no different. But Morgan kept an absolutely calming demeanor about her the entire day and night, even while keeping one eye on the weather all around our outdoor wedding, which helped me keep my nerves in check, too. She problem solved on the spot while still remaining totally composed. Several people commented to me on how smoothly everything at the wedding seemed to run, which is a testimony to Morgan. I believe our wedding was the largest and most ‘spread out’ between ceremony/cocktail hour/reception she had ever done, and she made sure to have a great helper with her that day to help cover it all. We got together after the wedding and reflected on how things went. She was very open to my feedback because she wants to continue to grow in her craft, but what impressed me the most was how much self-reflection she had already done as a way for continuous improvement. My daughter very much enjoyed working with Morgan, too, and 10 out of 10 we would both choose to work with her again!”
